Not Even the Copy-and-Paste Apologies Anymore

Well, it seems Blackview has finally run out of things to say. After months of repeatedly responding to my reviews with the same polished apologies, promises to "personally take responsibility" and assurances that someone would contact me and resolve the matter, Blackview has now gone completely silent. They haven't even publicly responded to my last two reviews. And, of course, I still haven't received the promised resolution. This saga has been ongoing since 1 January 2026. I have sent countless emails and messages, contacted multiple customer-service channels, escalated the matter to senior management and repeatedly provided the information required. I was repeatedly promised that someone would take ownership of my case. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted. And then — nothing. The irony is almost impressive. For months, Blackview couldn't resist publicly responding to my reviews with reassuring statements about how seriously they took my concerns. Now that even those responses have stopped, the silence is perhaps the clearest response of all. I'm still blocked on Facebook. I'm still waiting for a meaningful response from Canthy, the Customer Service Manager. I'm still waiting for the resolution I was repeatedly promised. And now Blackview can't even be bothered to post the standard apology underneath my latest reviews. Perhaps the copy-and-paste team has finally realised that repeating the same promises without actually doing anything isn't going to make the problem disappear. So here we are, almost nine months later. No resolution. No meaningful communication. No follow-through. Not even another generic apology. At this point, I don't expect Blackview to suddenly resolve this because I write another review. But I will continue documenting what happens — or, more accurately, what doesn't happen. Because after almost nine months, the absence of action has become the story.

Watch Blackview Reply to This Review Instead of Resolving My Complaint

Another update, because the situation has now become almost absurd. Blackview continues to find the time to monitor my online reviews and post public replies apologising, promising to prioritise my case and assuring readers that someone will personally take responsibility for resolving it. Yet I am STILL blocked by Blackview on Facebook. Think about that for a moment. Blackview can find my reviews. Blackview can publicly reply to my reviews. Blackview can repeatedly promise to take responsibility for my case. But apparently nobody can simply lift the Facebook block or ask the senior members of the customer service team who are already fully aware of this case to actually respond to me. In particular, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from Canthy, the Customer Service Manager, despite the extensive history of this complaint and the countless messages and emails I have already sent. This issue has been ongoing since 1 January 2026. At this point, I do not need another public apology. I do not need another generic invitation to "contact us directly." I have already done that. Repeatedly. For months. What I would like Blackview to explain publicly is this: Why do you repeatedly find the time to respond to my negative reviews, but not to actually resolve the complaint behind them? Why am I still blocked on Facebook while you publicly claim to want to communicate with me? Why has nobody ensured that the senior customer service representatives already involved in this case—including Canthy, the Customer Service Manager —actually respond? And why should anyone reading these public promises believe them when the previous promises have still not resulted in a resolution? The contrast is becoming impossible to ignore. Blackview appears remarkably responsive when the conversation is public. My experience once the conversation moves away from public view has been very different. So please, no more copy-and-paste apologies. No more promises that someone will "personally take responsibility." No more telling me to contact you privately when I have already spent more than six months trying to do exactly that. Unblock me. Read the existing correspondence. Ask the senior staff already involved to respond. And resolve the complaint. Surely that would take less time than repeatedly writing public replies explaining how seriously you claim to take it.

Another Generic Reply. Still No Resolution.

Another review. Another apology. Another promise that my case will be "prioritised." I've now lost count of how many times Blackview has publicly apologised and assured me that my issue will be dealt with personally. What I haven't lost count of is the number of times those promises have resulted in absolutely nothing. This dispute began on 1 January 2026. Since then I have sent hundreds of emails and messages, contacted multiple support channels, escalated the matter to senior management, and repeatedly provided every piece of information requested. Each time I have been told someone will take ownership of my case. Each time the outcome has been the same. No meaningful progress. No lasting communication. No resolution. What concerns me most is the contrast between Blackview's public image and my actual experience as a customer. Every negative review receives a polite apology and a promise to help. Yet despite months of these assurances, my issue remains unresolved. If this latest response is genuine, then I welcome it. But it is impossible to ignore that it is almost identical to the promises made previously—promises that were never fulfilled. At some point, repeating the same apology without delivering the promised action stops being customer service and starts undermining confidence in the promises themselves. I will gladly update this review if Blackview finally resolves the matter. Until then, this is simply another public assurance without a corresponding result.

The Same Public Apology, Zero Action

UPDATE – June 2026 Blackview has now posted the exact same copy-and-paste response on multiple reviews I have left. It begins with apologies, promises to "take full responsibility", and asks me to send a private message so they can investigate. For anyone reading this, please understand that this issue has been ongoing since 1 January 2026. Over the past six months I have sent countless emails, messages and follow-ups. I have contacted customer support, alternative support channels, and even members of senior management. The result? Delays, silence, being passed from person to person, ignored messages, and eventually being blocked on Facebook. The most frustrating part is that their public responses create the impression that they are eager to help, when my actual experience has been the complete opposite. If Blackview genuinely intended to resolve this matter, they could have responded to any one of the hundreds of messages I have already sent. At this point, another promise to "personally handle my case" is difficult to take seriously. I don't need another template response. I need the response I have been waiting six months to receive. Judge the company not by what it says in public review replies, but by what it does once the spotlight is gone.

Customer support ghosted me and blocked feedback

Asked for help, got attitude. Asked for escalation, got ignored. Asked for accountability, got blocked. After raising a genuine customer service complaint and repeatedly requesting escalation, Blackview stopped responding and then blocked me from their Facebook page instead of addressing the issue. This is extremely concerning behaviour from a company selling phones and tablets internationally, especially when the complaint related to poor support handling and refusal to escalate by senior staff. Rather than resolving the problem professionally, they chose to silence public feedback. Blocking a customer for raising a legitimate issue only reinforces the concerns about their after-sales service. I would strongly advise buyers to consider how warranty or support issues may be handled if something goes wrong.

Support stopped responding and refused escalation

I had a very disappointing experience with Blackview customer support. After contacting support about an issue with my device, communication stopped completely once the case reached the customer support manager (Canthy). Multiple follow-up emails requesting escalation were ignored. I also dealt with Joanna, a sales manager, whose responses were dismissive and unhelpful. She refused to escalate the issue and the communication was unprofessional. For Australian buyers, it is also worth checking network compatibility carefully, as some users have reported issues with certain Blackview devices maintaining VoLTE connectivity on Australian networks. Unfortunately, due to the lack of support and unresolved concerns, I would hesitate to purchase from Blackview again.

Awful customer service - 0 Stars

Awful customer service - do not respond to support requests or facebook messages when there is a problem with their products. The Sales Manager, Joanna is horrendous and has very poor customer service skills! Would give 0 stars if I could.
