Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers frequently complained about poor build quality and persistent hardware failures, noting that screens, cameras, or charging ports broke shortly after purchase. People also encountered unhelpful customer service teams and entirely unresponsive warranty support when attempting to resolve these frustrating problems.
Though some customers mentioned positive experiences, such as receiving prompt replacements from support, enjoying reliable battery life, or appreciating solid device construction, these instances were less common overall. Buyers also pointed out that certain budget models provided functional features and decent network download speeds for everyday use despite the general drawbacks.
I am so upset right now at dealing with DOOGEE. I have been trying to return my S60 for a month now, and realized it was no good right after it came in the mail.
I have tried to contact doogee by phone, email and the support page on the website. I have emailed and messaged via all ways the warranty page listed. Multiple emails have told me to return my device "to the store you bought it from" even after I had explained that I purchased the phone from the doogee.cc doogeemall.com website and gave them my order number. When I called, I was spoken to in a language I didn't understand and when I said "english" I was hung up on. I am absolutely livid with the company and its poor communication.
I am a bike messenger so I chose this specific phone because it could handle all the wear and tear and weather conditions that my job entails as well as lasting my whole day with it's long battery life. Once I received the phone I ordered, I used it for a short time and found that it had severe issues with it. I have found that many of the apps function much slower than my old phone, the GPS is horribly inaccurate, the fingerprint doesn't work, the main app that I use for work has features that I need that are incompatible on this phone, it charges slowly (after 8 hours it is still only at 90%) and only lasts me for one day, it will randomly turn off for minutes at time which happens about 4 times a week at this point. It is clearly not living up to my expectations and I want it OUT.
It is true that DOOGEE mobile phone‘s software is not the best phone, but their quality is very good, the price of the mobile phone is great, this price is completely acceptable to us, and it is still a very hard mobile phone.
Doogee is an untrustworthy company that lies about specs and puts spyware and adware on (several of) their phones. I had to buy a new phone after I found out about the (build-in) adware. The problem concerned all F7 models... as answer to that they just say "download the official rom form the website", however the adware is already in (that) official rom... Furthermore I had many connection problems and screen problems, just overall a terrible/unacceptable experience.
