No Customer Service, No Warranty

A friend of mine bought a Doogee mobile phone and praised how amazing it was. Which convinced me that, ok, let's take a look at them because a robust phone would be incredible. Discovered the S90 on Kickstarter and got excited. Bought a package deal and was overly excited that I was getting this phone with specs to the brim. A modular system, with a low light camera, battery and CB radio. What a score! What a bundle. Connected the battery, worked. Connected the CB, worked. Connected the night vision module... Failed to work. Tried a few things and to no avail, constantly getting a "module not connected" message, unable to start the app. Reached out to Doogee Support and got a response (is it the pins, is it this) as per the normal debugging process but after that, dead silence. Have written to them a few times and nothing but ignorant. They blatantly ignore any form of warranty (as the product was faulty on arrival). Ignore all attempts at communication and the feeling of buying a defective product cuts deep. There are also bugs in the software in that there would be module errors when no module is installed. I've also realised that I'm not the only one with many others experiencing the same issue, on the forums, on the threads in groups, everyone is complaining about the same issue. Do not ever anticipate to be taken care of when it comes to customer service. In terms of product specifications and design, I do love the use of the Doogee S90 phone, a premium grade product that can compete with the big players if they provided the support. I've realised that buying from small companies is just not the way to go when it comes to technology because to ignore their own warranty and support to customers is very poor.

Good product - bad customer relations

I have previously bought a Doogee phone (BL5000) from Debenhams and the phone is beautiful, reliable and it has many good features and functions for the price point HOWEVER, although my past experience of Doogee products has been good, my current experience of dealing with Doogee has been abysmal. I decided to get the new Doogee N20 but had to order direct through the Doogeemall site (Debenhams don't do phones now).Doogee have had my money for over a month now and they have still not dispatched my phone. I have attempted to contact them on many occasions and their response is appalling. The first time I contacted them they did respond to my email, but they did not answer the questions that I had asked them. Subsequent emails to them have been totally ignored and queries raised in their 'Support Centre' are not responded to in any way at all. I'm giving them one more week and then that's it, I'll call in Paypal or Visa and ask for their intervention to reclaim my money.

I bought but lost my money- see ps

I bought a N20 at doogeemall, but here a month later not at word, no confirmation no nothing... Helpdesk first answer where: maybe we will send next week!? No helpdesk dosn't respons. I have had a bl9000 and was very satisfied with it. PostScript 3 month after my payment i received the N20

you get what you pay for

Bought the S70 for use in Australia. Phone is well built, solid and has a good screen and battery life. But the software is terrible. Camera is pretty bad, even in good light. Pictures often come out blurry and colour is washed out. One of the rear speakers stopped working after 2 months. The second speaker comes and goes, so you will sometimes miss phone calls, notifications or alarms, and will not be able to view any media. Back to the software; some of the menus are in Chinglish and can be very vague and totally undescriptive. The phone often lags and needs a reset, sometimes it restarts by itself for no reason. Certain apps don’t run in the background even if you put them on the whitelist and select the menu to protect apps from getting killed by the process, in case you clear memory or restart phone. This means that those apps won’t receive notifications unless you open them, eg Whatsapp or Viber. There are also minor issues ie. When you restart the phone, the heptic feedback (vibration) setting for your keyboard reverts to high, even though the slider bar is still where you set it previously. One major security/privacy concern is that your phone memory can be accessed via USB and computer WITHOUT unlocking the phone, so if you lose it, anyone can access everything on it, including photos. I raised this issue on Doogee support forum and all they said was to ‘reset to factory setting’, which didn’t solve the issue. This was all bearable to an extent, but after 8 months of owning the phone, one particular day I restarted it and the OS would not boot, just got an error and the only option was to reset phone to factory default, meaning I lose all my personal data and photos which were not completely backed up. My advice would be to stay clear of this brand, and buy something that is a little more respectable.

Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam. I bought a brand new N10 and the GPS was not working at all. There is nobody you can contact to send the phone to be fixed or replaced. No customer service,no assistance. I sent and wrote many emails to ALL email addresses you can find on Doogee official website. Only one answer after days of email and then zero again. If you have any problem with your device forget any kind of help or assistance. The warranty is fake, nobody will tell you what to do,how and when. Once you buy it you are on your own. I cannot believe that these kind of companies are allowed to scam customers around the world. I am reporting to any possible website and organization hoping that someone will stop them making them paying for frauding people.

TOTAL SCAM !

TOTAL SCAM !! Don't buy anything, you will lose your money!!! I paid extra for quick delivery, got automatically generated email "Your items will be dispatched within the next few days" and since then I saw no updates, got nothing and for the second week no one responds to my messages :( However, meanwhile someone removed the "Father's day sale" from the "Special Offer" page and left all the same discounts, so there must be a web administrator who silently collects payments, does NOT send anything back and ignores clients

DO NOT BUY DOOGEE S70!!

DO NOT BUY DOOGEE S70!!! THANK ME LATER I got my self dooge S70 because I'm a builder , and I need resistant phone , so after 2 months start button stoped working , I think it's software problem , then got wet just a bit and speaker insert fell off by leaving speaker exposed to all dust and future water plus sound was bad before and become super bad nierly unusable , so to turn on phone I could only with finger print and this one got busted so now I can turn on by putting on charge :) Owerall , phone has bad bad camera let's say close distance it doesn't focus at all full blur just from a couple deets ure able to make poor photos I remember had phone 0.8 pixels 13 years ago so it's kinda same quality, sound is poor , played PUBG and it's playeble but laggy on lowest of settings , just good thing about this phone looks good , food battery life,the rest is piese of doodoos !!! Man I'm disappointed ☹️
