Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam. I bought a brand new N10 and the GPS was not working at all. There is nobody you can contact to send the phone to be fixed or replaced. No customer service,no assistance. I sent and wrote many emails to ALL email addresses you can find on Doogee official website. Only one answer after days of email and then zero again. If you have any problem with your device forget any kind of help or assistance. The warranty is fake, nobody will tell you what to do,how and when. Once you buy it you are on your own. I cannot believe that these kind of companies are allowed to scam customers around the world. I am reporting to any possible website and organization hoping that someone will stop them making them paying for frauding people.
