In the trash it goes
I am probably going to have to throw the V50 pro that I bought in the trashcan. I wasted 600+ dollars. Customer service is not helpful. Google's AI is able to suggest more fixes than they do, but none of them works. Most of the settings that are supposed to be there aren't. I have not been able to make or receive a private call since I bought the phone. It automatically goes to speaker when I call out or receive a call. If I push the speaker button to turn it off, it represses it by itself. I also cannot use android auto. It won't stay connected to my car. They could only come up with, check the cable and make sure the phone is unlocked. It that doesn't work it isn't compatable with your car. Really? It's android 16, and my car is a 2026 model. Again, AI will give you all kinds of fixes. I tried them all. Nothing works. It just goes around in circles with a connection error every second. Anyway, I bought the phone because it is supposed to be able to stand the Texas heat. So, I would be able to run android auto in my car for the long commute I have without it getting so hot that I have to put it in the fridge. It gets hot, just like my old phone. Anyway, just dont do it. You'll waste your money, and their customer service will not help you.
