Jay 和 C.R.
Thank you for the review
Thank you for the review
Thank you for the raiting!
Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in our commitment to transparency and quality, and I’d like to clarify some details about your recent experience. Our records show that the agreed work was fully completed and that we made multiple attempts to contact you regarding the outstanding balance. Despite this, we did not receive any communication from you about incomplete work or an inability to reach us. It was only after these attempts to resolve the matter went unanswered that we initiated a collection claim We are always available to discuss any additional concerns, and I encourage you to reach out directly so we can address them promptly.
