I do not agree with the 4 star rating- CHARLOTTE PLUMBING deserves a 5 STAR rating and that is precisely what I am giving the company. We utilized their services for over 5 years and we could not be happier. Jay and C.R. and the all the guys go above and beyond. Plus, unlike many other companies, they truly KNOW their trade. Thank you ALL. The team over at CP is truly outstanding!
Reasonable pricing, Prompt service for tenant home!
Kevin is always reasonable in his pricing. He has helped me out many times with my commercial properties. He coordinates directly with the tenant, making the repair easy for the landlord to manage. Thanks again, Kevin!
I have been using Charlotte plumbing for many years. We use them for our restaurants and commercial buildings along with our private residence. Super nice, super friendly and very professional.
After several years as a customer I do not know what has happened to this business. I recently had plumbing work done at my home by CPR. The work was nearly complete (but not totally) when I received an invoice. Despite reaching out twice, I never heard back and instead received a small claims court suit. My advice would be to save yourself the trouble and pursue a different vendor who is professional. Even though it means paying twice, I will now hire someone to finish the work.
