Best products and service, by far!

I love the product selection, even hard to find items. Their shipping and customer service are wonderful and I have peace of mind when I place an order.

Unreliable instock status

Its frustrating to get to the point where you have ordered and paid for an item, only to be notified that it was never in stock anyway, and it will be weeks before it is available again. At least they offered a refund...

Cityluxe 回复2018-08-18

Thank you for your understanding. It is unfortunate that our supplier is still unable to deliver to us what was promised months ago. We will have an update once it arrives.

First time making an online purchase…

First time making an online purchase from Cityluxe for refills. It was fulfilled within the week. They really bubble wrapped it even though it was only ballpoint pen refills!! Great service.
