My experience with Cityluxe was fantastic. I love the merchandise I received and I would buy again and refer Cityluxe to my family and friends. They are super efficient, courteous and easy to contact. Forever a dedicated customer, Y. Franklin

Thank you very much for your encouragement and support!
Online store does not have full inventory of the physical store. I hope I could see more fountain pens available online in the future. Staff at the store are not consistent with the current promotion. I was once bought a Conklin pen and does not have a free bottle of ink whereas the free ink still available online.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Indeed, the stocks available online has always been intentionally different from our physical store. In the near future, you will also start to see pens that are only available online and not found at the retail store. We hope that you will find the new fountain pen collections exciting! As for our store staff missing out on the free ink bottle promotion, please bring your receipt down to the store to redeem it. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. You can also drop us an email to us so that we can follow up on it. Thank you very much for your kind support!
I purchased a pre-order item, but to my surprise I received it a few weeks earlier. It also came in well-packed. Thank you Cityluxe!
Thank you very much for your kind words. We look forward to serving you again!
