AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the tattoo equipment and supplies, noting that orders arrive quickly and work wonderfully for professional tasks. Consumers are consistently impressed by the helpful customer service, responsive communication, and reliable delivery services that make the entire purchasing process smooth. However, some people mentioned experiencing frustrating delivery problems, such as missing items, packages sent to completely wrong locations, or exceptionally long waiting times for their purchases. A few reviewers also noted receiving products without necessary adapters, dealing with malfunctioning devices, or feeling that certain items were cheaply made.

I had an issue they solved it immediately!
I had an issue during the delivery of my order where half of it was lost during delivery. I messaged to let them know and they handled it within 24 hours. I though I was going to be out of luck but they were quick to handle and send the other half. Ordered a few other things from them and the products have been great!

Please rest assured your order is genuine and still on its way. We completely understand how frustrating this situation can be and truly appreciate your patience. To get the latest update on your shipment, please contact our official customer support team — they’ll be happy to check the current status for you and provide more details. Thank you again for your understanding.

Kronos machine is powerful, reliable and versatile!
This machine is sturdy and powerful, the batteries consistently last for a full day of tattooing. My favorite part of the Kronos machine is how versatile it is, the adjustable stroke range allows me to push bold lines, soft stippling shading and crisp fine lines on the same tattoo - without needing to set up multiple machines. Super happy with this purchase!
