I'm not gonna lie
I'm not gonna lie, I am consistently impressed with this company! My order is always complete and it generally arrives before expected. I've ordered many times and so far I find the "CNC police" needles are the best! Sometime the inventory situation is lacking, I don't understand why they don't have complete range of needles in some of your brands, For instance, why can't I buy "sigma aqua marine" needles by the box… I don't a mixed box, I need specific needle sizes professional tattooing. But for the price CNC it's definitely a win! I did have an issue one time where they were out of stock on a few items that I ordered, that became a bit of a headache. They were slow to understand I didn't want to change my order to something else, I just wanted it removed from my order, and to get a refund for those items. I will definitely order from CNC again, in fact I'm thinking of putting an order in right now. Good job guys!!!
Our company is looking for discounted…
Our company is looking for discounted pricing for the cartridges and quicker shipping in the future. Needles are good, and we can sell them fast,
Order not fulfilled
I ordered a machine from CNC on the 20th of June and still don’t have it over a month later, and have been told to just keep waiting when I email and ask for a refund. Unacceptable.
