It’s a month later and still haven’t received my “part”, last week I requested an ETA and still have not heard back. Might be looking for a new daily driver at this rate

I really love my Mast Archer S machine. The shipping takes a few days but everything came out fine. This is my first machine, and quality seems absolutely amazing, got really awesome tattoos! Especially for beginners with small Budget absolutely affordable and amazing quality 🖤
I compared the Yue needles against Kwadron, Davinci and Black claw and hands down the Yue cartridges are the superior carts. The precision and zero needle wobble are second to none. I bought all the “top tier” needles because other artists recommended them. I conquered the airbrushing industry and found the best and have moved on to my love for tattoos and started tattooing. Kwadron dumps ink all over the stencil and obscures my view of needle. Black claw were sharp but hold almost zero ink. The bishops were okay but I can’t justify the price when Yue needles are so much better. The hold tremendous amounts of ink and deliver it exactly when it’s needed without spitting or puddling. And they stayed sharp throughout all my sessions so far. The longest being 8 hours. I’ve also purchased the bishop packer and shader. Thinking the best tool like Iwata custom micron airbrush was for me. Boy was i wrong. The fold pro year of the horse did the job of both machines and the two batteries still had plenty of juice left after using all day. I recommend these products from experience and zero bias. The quality of these products are “true” top tier and the price isn’t. I really hope the prices stay so low. But even if they don’t I’d still buy them over any other.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was not positive. I ordered a tattoo machine and waited about a month for the package. At first, I was told that the problem was with the courier company, so I contacted the carrier myself to find out what was happening. It turned out that the package had actually never been handed over to the courier by the seller and was still showing as prepared for shipment. This meant that I had spent a month waiting for a product that had not even started its journey. On the positive side, communication with the company was good, and after the situation was clarified, I received a full refund. However, it is still disappointing to have lost a month and to have had to spend my own time contacting the courier and investigating what happened to the package. Very happy with products and postage time
I’ve been contacting them all weekend because I never got a confirmation email. But I never got a reply through email, Facebook, nor Instagram. Luckily I screenshot my order to get my order number or I would never have a way to show proof. If I don’t get a reply by tomorrow I’ll definitely file a case against them.

I highly recommend I ordered the dragon hawk fold pro year of the snake it's a great machine it is my 3rd machine from this company and so far this 1 is the best . There customer service was excellent and quick response and very helpful. Shipping was as to be expected I believe mine took 10 days from the day I ordered to the day I received my package. Excellent quality on the most part, delivery time not too bad, I would have loved to give all 5 stars but I just bought carbon paper for the bmnew dragonhawk printer which they recommend but the print is so week ive discarded it and trying the spirit paper again, maybe I got a bad batch or a faulty printer
