If you want to ruin the next 6 months of your life buy from these guys. They will mess up your order and use all kinds of delay tactics and lies after they mess up your order till there is nothing you can do. They know their game well. Alibaba will do nothing to protect you as well. You have been warned
Foshan Gardens Building Materials Co., Ltd is a horrible company... Aboslutely horrible service... the seller asks the same questions many times and gets the order wrong many times and ships the wrong product..... seller also goes on vacation every month and makes excuses and asks the same questions again to buy time.... not good. Also no instructions made available for the dual channel remote.... instructions sent are often for the wrong remote and do not work and the customer has to figure out how to make it work.... No power cords were included and the wrong slots were sent... seller says the item is a set and makes excuses like the wrong option was selected but NO OPTION WAS GIVEN.... and how can it be a set if the power cord is missing!!! horrible service
Ordered smart blinds from this company and gave them my measurements, pictures and video of the type of blind and they said that I could use my fabric. The product arrived without power cords and the wrong number of clips and is useless. The seller responded saying the problem can be fixed by sending new clips to correct the item but then starting delaying responses, asking the same question over and over again, making and excuses and ultimately refused sending the replacement clips saying I need to order more products.
