Compensation successful
They are excellent in getting the payment from the airline for delayed / cancelled flights. In my case they followed up airline and got payment in one month only. However I regret to write that their financial department is very poor. I did not know when the compensation received by them will be transferred to me. They only replied that they have sent the bank details etc to finance department. After continuous follow ups and special request from the corresponding person with whom I was dealing to their finance department, I received the compensation. As such I would like to give 5 star for the services but due to unexpected delays in transferring the compensation, the star rating is reduced to 4 star.

I received a demand from the court to pay the court costs, while compensair.com the claim indicated additional expenses for the translator, etc. doubling the amount of compensation. As a result, they didn't even pay the court costs, which 6 years later came by mail to me. According to last year's compensation, the airline transferred the money compensair.com , there is a case number, a transfer confirmation number, to whom it was transferred - compensair pte ltd. But the company itself freezes out, says it did not receive compensation, although there is direct evidence to the contrary. BE CAREFUL!!!

However, the transfer was rejected by the bank due to incorrect payment details provided by the airline, and the funds have not yet been received. To avoid further delays, we transferred your compensation on October 20, 2025, from our own funds. As for the court fee, please note that its payment is covered by us as part of our standard procedure. Due to technical issues with the provided payment method, we are currently working with the court to find an alternative solution and are doing everything possible to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Avoid if you’re a non EU resident
Avoid if you’re a non EU resident! I went through a very long process to get a compensation, and had to constantly ask for everything (which in the end didn’t prove to be effective either because they left out important information), and wouldn’t reach out even when the bank information i provided was incomplete. There’s additional fees towards non EU banks and they won’t tell you that even when you ask why they only operate in the EU. In the end you’ll end up paying for transactions on top of everything else. Overall thought: Pick a different company for this service that has lower commissions and has smoother operations. It’s really not worth the headache.
