At the beggining i was tentative.
We had a delay with A3 and gaved us 18euros each for a meal in airport while the delay was above 4 hrs.

As I was in Amsterdam waiting for my connecting flight to Venice,I was scrolling through facebook and saw an advertisement from this team talking about how I can be compensated if my flight to any European country has been delayed or cancelled.it so happened that my flight from Entebbe international airport to Amsterdam had been delayed and later cancelled by KLM and I had to wait almost 2 days for another flight which made me miss my doctor’s appointment in Italy.
