Eternally grateful
As I was in Amsterdam waiting for my connecting flight to Venice,I was scrolling through facebook and saw an advertisement from this team talking about how I can be compensated if my flight to any European country has been delayed or cancelled.it so happened that my flight from Entebbe international airport to Amsterdam had been delayed and later cancelled by KLM and I had to wait almost 2 days for another flight which made me miss my doctor’s appointment in Italy. Immediately I logged in my complaint with evidence of flight delays and cancellation. This was end of July 2025. After a month ,the team reached out asking me to provide my bank account details plus a picture of my passport. Second week of September 2025, 459.39 USD was transferred to my account. The process was so swift. This whole experience was just a trial for me and I was surprised when I actually received the money. If it hadn’t been for the Ad that I saw on facebook,I wouldn’t have complained anywhere and I’m very sure 99% of the passengers on that flight weren’t compensated. Am eternally grateful to this team.
