My friend has referred me to Compensair as he knew my flight from Houston to Frankfurt was delayed considerably. It took two years to get the compensation, during this period some additional information was requested, including the agreement for their fee 30%. 600 € compensation was received and their interest transferred as per request bill. There is not too much burden for yourself, basically Compensair personnel is doing everything required you just need to have patience
