Terrible Product, Customer Support and Feature Set

Terrible customer support. Dishonest feature set. They say you get unlimited edits for your logo, but actually, you get one shot at creating a logo with decent designs. Once you have that, the 'unlimited' edits part is a bunch of free, crappy icons, not nice designs. Support is slow and not knowledgeable. The experience using this product is more hassle and frustrating than it is worth. The Feature Set is very limited. You get Two Text spots. For rounded Logos, if your text is bigger or smaller than the sample, forget about fixing it and forget about getting them to fix it. No doing. If you saved your one chance to get it right and downloaded it to get feedback from others, and try to go back and edit it, forget about trying something new, can't do it! The system is a terrible UX, limited features, and awful customer support.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Simple process and had a variety of tools to choose from. Excellent mocks to get an idea of how it would look on merchandise.

Useful for creating a logo for business.

This services is very much helpful for me.

GOOD

OK DOOD AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND

Good GoodGood

Nice logo maker website

Not in USA, foreign banking charges may apply

The process of making the logo was easy and very simple. What I didn't like is the foreign banking charge my bank charged because this company is located outside of the United States. I didn't find any information or disclosures stating this before I made the purchase. Therefore, I give four stars.

Excellent platform

Nice templates ...

they mention it is free and ask you to…

they mention it is free and ask you to share to get the minimum use download

Credit...

I Can Agree, Great Service Makes Some things Easier, But the Credit Thing is honestly Hard to understand, as a Anti-Social person I do not Have any Social medias, so uh Dunno what I should do.

very nice service

nice service

DesignEvo offer great services for free.

very useful site and thank you

Scammers!

They say It's free but when go to download your logo they ask you to pay. The free version is a low resolution logo 300x300. Scammers!
