While we handle a wide range of U.S. import shipments, there are certain specialized shipments - such as perishable cargo crossing the U.S.-Mexico border - that we do not accept due to their unique regulatory and operational requirements. Rather than taking on a shipment we could not properly support, we chose to be transparent and let you know upfront. We understand this was frustrating, but we believe it's better to decline a shipment than to risk delays or issues by handling something outside our scope of service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your shipment.
