It is a deceiving website. They do not perform all services. And it will make you waste your time.
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. While we handle a wide range of U.S. import shipments, there are certain specialized shipments - such as perishable cargo crossing the U.S.-Mexico border - that we do not accept due to their unique regulatory and operational requirements. Rather than taking on a shipment we could not properly support, we chose to be transparent and let you know upfront. We understand this was frustrating, but we believe it's better to decline a shipment than to risk delays or issues by handling something outside our scope of service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your shipment.
Called and the tech helped us step by step with all the forms. First timer to ship anything like this and the help was greatly appreciated.
