Ordered a few items, and its been weeks and the item is not yet delivered.

Looks like they're running a scam by advertising cheaper rates compared to other sites, and then looting their customers by not shipping the orders.
Went and checked their supposed "office" in Bangalore which is close to my place, and it isn't their office, it's some other company's office. So these guys are really good at this scamming business.

This website is totally fraudulent. They don't have any components.I have called them multiple times and also emailed them.Every time they say that the shipment of the product is delayed due to a quality issue with the vendor. My order ID is #3191382.It was supposed to deliver on June 6, 2024.
No communication regarding component availability and not yet refunded payment, Worst Communication they will not pick call and even 3-4 reminder mails not refunded
This company should get a legal action, and for an order of less than Rs.1,000, they should be penalized with Rs.50,000 plus legal expenses. All company make profit by selling items and get customers trust as an additional profit. But this company's philosophy and business motive is to cheat a person. I find no reason to purchase anything from this company. For last one year I am fed-up with the company. Still now an order No. 3181384 is not sent by the company, but paid even the postage in advance. Their only excuse is "item not available at our warehouse". When some item is not available with you, why you showing that item into your website and falsely sell it. Finally, even if I am cheated by few hundreds of rupees, I promise not to purchase even a resistor from that company.
This is a fraudulent website do not purchase any items from here, they advertise in google with much lower prices (which is not an issue for the customer)
Once we book the item they never ship it, they will say that the item is out of stock. They seldom respond to your emails. If you think you can get back the money by filing a transaction dispute with your bank. They send in some of the cheap items from your order and then reject your dispute.
very poor service, no response from the supplier for the mails and the given contact numebr is mess never worked. no option for cancellation nor a clear refund process.

First one was a few orders and went well, delivery was slow as always
Second one was also few order but they told me after 1week one of the items was out of stock so I had to wait a little more. I waited three weeks extra then they finally shipped.
Third time I ordered lots of components and this time they say again that parts are unavailable and needs to wait. The order date was on 11.08.2023. I had kept silent and waited again still no response till 18.09.2023. I emailed them I still got same message. I waited again till 15.11.2023, by this point I had forgotten about my order also. Then I messaged them and they told me that part is still not available. And they will send soon and will send the non-available parts later. I was sent a complete invoice of all the parts I had ordered and missing items. Naturally as they said they will ship later I waited. And waited until today 19.05.2024 nothing came. I messaged them and got no reply. This website is a fraud.

I have filed Complaint with the police as a case of on-line fraud or scam with the modus operandi being as follows..
First, they honestly deliver small value orders to build up customer trust.
Next when the customer places a bigger order they first delay shipping endlessly. Then you ask them to deliver what they have in stock as your work is getting delayed. This way they fail to deliver about 70-80% of the order and invoice you for the Full-Amount. Then you get a mail saying that the order has been delivered.
When you take up the matter with them.. they promise to refund the money in few days endlessly. Then at a time when you have given up hope and exhausted your efforts.. they stop answering the phone and replying to your mails. The owner seems to be a psychopath with a brilliant mind, clearly able to predict how customer will behave.
Seems one has to be careful with vendors... Placed an order of 4000 for certain components. All I received was one sincere apology and no communication after that. I thought my money was gone but 2 weeks later, I got my components.... They delivered but everything was delayed and there was no intimation of the same. I really hope they update their websites regularly and improve the customer service
They have the most slowest delivery ever and the products are also not of great quality. It is sickening that they advertise themselves as the fastest delivery service. The common waiting time for the delivery is around 2 weeks. Quality of the product is also not great. I brought a soldering iron from them which I had to fix myself after receiving.
They have good stock and also price is very competitive. That's why I end up ordering from them. They take weeks (even months) to ship the product after payment is complete. It's difficult to wait for the items for weeks, work gets delayed. They are not at all reliable.
I got a wrong supply from them on 30-Dec-2022, and I reported to them by e-mail within 2 days. They replied three times, trying to defend their stands, and also asking me for more details / photos etc. This took almost one month. They never concluded the matter. After all that, for more than a month now, there is no response from them. Extremely difficult to get them on phone. ( 9050832648). On a very few calls they rarely do attend, they keep saying the same thing… “*I will forward your matter to the concerned team*.”
Today is 7-March-2023. Horrible response. I am helpless.
I wish I had come across this platform earlier. I ordered few items worth Rs 2600 on 7th Nov. I haven't received the items till now. Even they have stopped replying to my emails and taking my calls. I am exploring legal option against them If I don't receive my order this month.
Update 22/11/2022: The order status changed to "Shipped" few minutes later I posted this review. There is no shipping details though. I will update my experience once I get the order.
Update: Shipment is being sent via Ship rocket. I keep my fingers crossed.
Update 26/11/2022: Shipment arrived, and items looks all good. Except delay the company did a good job. I recommend to customers that please call their customer care and query regarding items availability before ordering them.
