What reviewers say
AI generatedMost reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently reported that online orders were severely delayed, leaving many buyers waiting for several months without ever receiving their purchased electronic components. Many people noted that prepaid orders were never shipped, and on the few occasions packages actually arrived, multiple items were missing. Some people were dissatisfied with the complete lack of communication, noting that customer support consistently ignored emails and left phone numbers completely unreachable. Reviewers additionally struggled for a very long time to obtain refunds or successfully cancel their pending orders after experiencing these deeply frustrating service failures.

Even 1 star is too much
Even 1 star is too much. They need negative stars. They are thieves & fraudsters & some legal action should be taken against them for cheating so many people. If I lived in Bangalore I would have paid them a strong visit. I lost Rs.470 on an ordered never delivered. If I had paid by credit card I would have asked for a chargeback.

no response after accepting order and payment. had to chargeback, raise a cybercell complaint to get an email saying they do not have the product in stock. basically they are running a fraud scheme expecting people not to chase the payment for refund.

They don’t ship all the products that were ordered. I tried calling them multiple times, but they never answered my calls. When I contacted them by email, they simply said that the missing products were currently unavailable and that they would ship them once they became available. However, they never shipped the missing products. Very disappointing experience.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware – My Experience with Electronicscomp.com In my experience, Electronicscomp.com displayed an item as "in stock" and accepted full advance payment, but the item was not shipped within the expected time. If you are planning to order from this website, consider confirming stock availability before making payment. If you do not receive the product or a refund within a reasonable time, you may: - Contact the seller in writing and keep all communication records. - Raise a complaint with your bank or payment provider (UPI/card/net banking) to see what dispute or chargeback options are available. - If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, you can file a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or your local cyber police, providing all supporting evidence. Please make your own decision after doing due diligence.
I is Clearly A Scam, Sometimes Shipping Partial Parts To Complete Shipment And Sometimes They Do Not Ship
I Have Two Saparate Prepaid Orders, They Do Not Shipping Purchased Products ,And Not Replying on Mail and Call, They Do Not Have Any Physical Store, I Get Scammed, Thay Are Not Delivering The Items, It is Clearly a Scam , Another Similar Sacm Website is Electropi.in Where I Also Get Scammed In Similar Way .
they are fraud
Fraudsters
I placed Order ID: ORD104053 on 28 June 2026, and at the time of ordering, the expected dispatch date was 3 July 2026. Unfortunately, even after the promised dispatch date has passed, my order is still not dispatched. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but none of them have received any response. Delays can happen with any business, but ignoring customers and not providing any update is unacceptable. A simple email explaining the reason for the delay or an updated dispatch timeline would have been appreciated. I ordered these components for an ongoing electronics project, and this unnecessary delay has affected my work. At this point, the biggest issue is not just the delay, but the complete absence of communication from ElectronicsComp. I hope the company improves its customer service and starts responding to customers instead of leaving orders pending without any updates.
This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company, they didn't ship components at first and after 4 months and complain to consumner forum they sent half of the items still they have not sent the remaining things. don't even think of buying from them. also the send products are of very poor quality.

These Ba$tard$ are running a scam
These Ba$tard$ are running a scam. Pure fraud. I have all the proof. Feel like trashing them. But I'm an old man. From January 2024, I've been after them to refund Rs. 2,500/- which is the amount for which they have not supplied goods. Till date they have not. And it is clear that they will not. This is how they earn their money. NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with them. Pure Crooks.

I prefer this website to buy electronic components often because of its reliable shipping partners and the quality of the products. After reading a few reviews, I think those might be their luck getting missing or having some issue with the order. Electronicscomp has always served me well, and I'm quite grateful for that.
