I placed Order ID: ORD104053 on 28 June 2026, and at the time of ordering, the expected dispatch date was 3 July 2026. Unfortunately, even after the promised dispatch date has passed, my order is still not dispatched. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but none of them have received any response. Delays can happen with any business, but ignoring customers and not providing any update is unacceptable. A simple email explaining the reason for the delay or an updated dispatch timeline would have been appreciated. I ordered these components for an ongoing electronics project, and this unnecessary delay has affected my work. At this point, the biggest issue is not just the delay, but the complete absence of communication from ElectronicsComp. I hope the company improves its customer service and starts responding to customers instead of leaving orders pending without any updates.
