I ordered a few items almost a month ago (29/10/25). I waited till 5th November & the order was still not shipped, so I emailed them. They replied the next day stating, "As we've checked your order is in the packing/quality process and when the order is shipped, you will be notified and tracking details will also be shared with you". So I waited for till 11th of November & the order was still not shipped. I have been emailing them since then & there was no reply from them. I tried contacting them via phone, but was unable to reach them; it doesn't go past their automated waiting system. I can't find any other way to contact them. BTW I had previously bought two orders from them & the experience was smooth; it was back in 2022-23. I don't know whats happening right now with them, but I am never purchasing anything from electronicscomp.com anymore

I ordered (prepaid Order) a 12V-7.5AH Lead acid battery costing around Rs 913.12 on dated 6 Aug 2015 but till today i.e. 27 Oct 2025 they did not dilivered. I contacted them by emails they always say that it is delayed because of quality issue & in 2-4 working days it will be delivered. But the promises are falls. do not buy electronics products from Electronicscomp, they did not send it. They are fraud. I ordered some of electronic items from them. They did not send anything These people are number 1 fraudsters, . After emailing I got a mail from them saying that the product is not in stock and will deliver it as soon as it is available, then 15 days passed, I again mailed them, they apologized and said that they will send it as soon as stock is available, I said that you should refund me the money, after that they never answered any e-mail, none of their phones are even reachable, today almost 6 months have passed
