THE WORST ELECTRONIC STORE OUT THERE SCAMMING PEOPLE IN DAYLIGHT
I wish there was a negative rating to gauge the experience that I've had with this company. One of the worst electronic stores out there!!!!! Scamming people openly, shamelessly. Doesn't give a damn about people's money these guys are stealing. I've gone through all the reviews, and indeed all are correct. I've ordered 600 rupees' worth of items, and I've only received items worth 150 rupees. I can't express how furious I am for their atrocious service. In the name of delivery, they didn't even send items worth half of the price I paid. I've dropped countless emails to them and yet get no reply. They're intentionally doing this scam and aren't ashamed of their actions at all. Meantime , I've already reported this to consumer court, and I'll go to any extent that I have to go. PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE, HOWEVER ENTICING IT MAY LOOK!!!!

I mailed several times and always replied that the items are out of stock. The same "out of stock" items are still listed for sale in their site. Definitely a fraud.

Total scam
I ordered for some electronics components on September 6th, which never got shipped. After 2 weeks, I started a mail thread with them in which they said they don't have the item in stock currently and will ship it immediately once it's back (even though their site still showed it to be in stock). I said fine. But then, even after a month nothing. I again sent mail, they told it is back in stock and they will ship in 2 days. Still even after a week nothing. Again sent mail, told I need a refund and can't wait. They told it will be issued in 7 days. Nothing. Again sent mail. Told will refund in 2 days. Again nothing. I've sent 16 emails to them since then, and it's now almost 6 months after I initially placed the order, and there appear to be no signs of my order shipping or a refund being credited. Steer way clear of this site, it's a complete scam.

I placed 2 orders in August 2024. Now it is March 2025. 1 was shipped, the other wasn't. The phone number given on the website doesn't work. The link of number and the number displayed are different. When you call, it is automated. So basically a fraud. The enquiry form always returns a mail with the same reply..." we will ship in a few days." I have come across reviews on Google itself claiming they have lost 1000s of rupees. My order was of Rs 250. While in that respect I feel lucky, anyone reading this and having lost a significant amount of money consider lodging a criminal complaint against the company. I am not doing it because it is not worth my time or effort.

If you order, they send less items, only low value items and say that some items are out of stock and then they never ship or refund. they only refund in their wallet when you file a consumer complaint, I had to do it several times for a single order refund. So once your money debited, no way to get out.

Worst website to buy components. Please shut down your website if you can't deliver the components. I've ordered some wheels on 20th Sep 2024. Neither delivered my order nor refunded. They never answered my phone or reply back on my email. Attached proof my order details.

Sent only 2-3 items from 10-11 that i bought and paid for! After a MONTH of sending one sided emails, they responded only once that they're working on it. Just close the website if you're not able to run it. And DON'T TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT!!

Horrible customer service, they initially delivered few orders that were low value with common components. Then began the show.. Its been 6 months of fighting "item will come to warehouse then we will ship to you" neither did they process refund not they responded to a govt notice to refund They simply refuse to respond to any support queries in a reasonable time, when they do respont it is one of the generic predefined answers "product not in stock", "product yet to come to warehouse", "will inform Accounts team"
