I have order one article number…
I have order one article (order number 3204839). This is touch sensor used to be use in creality ender 3d printer machine. I placed this order more than 6 months now but not yet received. Meanwhile I asked them to refund my amount but they are not cooperating with me. Also they keep send me emails saying we will be delivering your shipment in 2 to 3 days, but nothing happened. I would request everyone to be aware of this company who are cheating us with our money, so don't order anything to electroniccomp.com. it is a fraud company.

Placed an order on 6th OCT 2024, it has not been shipped till today 15th Nov. No one is answering emails, no one is picking up calls. The call goes to IVR and then disconnects, and then the number gets switched off. No response! DO NOT PURCHASE, My money is stuck with them!!!
Poor Customer Service and Unresponsive Order Management
I placed an order on October 16, 2024 Order ID: #3249395, but received no communication until October 28th. When I contacted them, they informed me the item was out of stock. I requested to cancel my order on October 28th. However, on October 29th, instead of confirming my cancellation, they sent an email stating the item would be available in 5-6 days and would be shipped as soon as possible, completely ignoring my cancellation request. On November 11th, I followed up regarding my cancellation request (which was due to their stock issues), but after 4 days, I still haven't received any response. This company does not appear to be a reliable supplier. Save yourself time and look elsewhere.

Being an old customer , I ordered items Worth Rs2700+ on 31/8/24 . they kept on saying that the items were not complete even after many calls and that we have to wait a few more days. After nearly two months , they sent half the quantity without any explanation for the short shipment. After contacting them , they responded that they will send the remaining items soon. Very hard to believe. Its best to AVOID buying from such scam website.

This is a fraud website. Seeing it in google ads, I placed an order from this website( which was already in stock), expecting it to be delivered in a week (estimated delivery in 4-7 days). But even after 2.5 months I have neither received the product nor a proper response via call or email.

i order a laser machine in Aug they did not deliver it for 2 months post that requested for cancellation its been more than 15 days still the amount is not refunded. For 2 months not even single time the call was connected through ivr, mail they reply back the same dialogue always after 2 or 3 days. Worst support.

For the past two weeks I have received notification from Shiprocket that the item is packed. AWB number comes up but nothing is happening. Get this everyday! Not sure how a company like this has not been shut down. In Europe where I come from they would have been closed and prosecuted.

Unfortunately I came to the trustpilot page a little late as I had already placed my order and it 100% seems that all the reviews are telling the truth. Ordered some electronic components on 21.10.2024 till now (3.11.2024) not shipped and no update from the seller. Poor service think before placing the order on such websites. No Guarantee on the delivery date. Customer service always says the product in shipping stage but not received even after the delivery committed date. THINK! THINK! THINK! not recomended.

Very very bad experience, order accepted for items not in stock, after 20 days available item Shipped, but no mention of the balance items, which I had cancelled several times, but there is no confirmation from there, telephone not attending, there website shows the status of the order as shipped, no mention of the balance items which is worthy more then rupees 360,several email sent but there is no response....

ABSOLUTE 100%scamer.I have ordered some parts on October 8th and till date no news. They don't reply for mail or SMS they don't have WhatsApp. Phone calls will go automated luckily sometime somebody come on line and take the order number and say wait on line then after sometime just disconnect. Now anybody here please start a forum so that all the people lost money will join together to take legal action and bring this fellows to the notice of respective departments of state and central. Or anybody please suggest here a clear legal way to put them in spot please

I have placed my order on 19th September 2024, totalling ₹2,612. Despite the significant delay, I have only received a single response from your team advising me to wait, without any clear update on shipping or expected delivery. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum India, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to seek appropriate redress for unfair and potentially fraudulent trade practices.

Fraud. Ordered on 23 Sept 24, was supposed to get delivery 03 October 24. No delivery, item not in stock apparently, but they said it will be delivered soon but nothing yet. Not answering to emails, not picking up on phone line. I want my money back, don't know how to get it back. So finally the thing that worked was asking the bank for a credit card transaction reversal. When I filed for this, these fraudsters finally contacted me and refunded the money. So if you have bought from them with credit card, contact your bank for reversal of charges.

This is a scam company, I have ordered they did not deliver on time, after I email they said that the components is not in stock, if not in stock then why they didn't make the components out of stock in the website? After few weeks they deliver my order but there was 5 item missing, they said I have to wait few more days, I am waiting and waiting, no updates. And now they are ignoring my email.
