The DD-1A is garbage. I do not get constant flow. It pulses. Even when set on 6L, it only puts out less than 2L actually. They refuse to exchange it. The phone number for 'service' is bogus. You can only converse with them thru email and it takes a couple of days for an answer. I will never buy from these rip offs again.

I was very apprehensive buying stuff from this website but after ordering a pretty expensive slimming machine and getting it so quick I was very happy. I ordered a led facial machine and also a great product. They also responded to everyone of my emails in a timely manner.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company does not adhere to their own warranty and guarantees. If items are DOA then they will not replace as promised, and they will not refund. They ship from inside US, but require items be returned to China costing hundreds of dollars. They offer "exchange" but items offered will not match what you purchased and are often lower in value. after searching all over the internet for the right part (a muffler for a Dedakj), I got to Elehealthy. They asked for a pic, I sent one, they said "order this part, please" It came within their estimated time..(not bad for coming all the way from Senzchen(?). Fits fine works right. I received a damaged coffee roaster on Oct. 30th (product box sent in an unpadded plastic bag) and immediately contacted Elehealthy. As per their "WARRANTY and RETURN GUARENTEE", I should have received a full refund and return shipping label. After multiple emails back and forth, and a pending dispute filed with the PayPal Resolution Center, I have yet to receive any amount of a refund. Please save yourself the hassle/$$$ and DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have offered partial refunds to keep the broken appliance. They have also offered to send me a new appliance for "free" but that's not true. Free would mean to refund my account of $89.99 and I know they have no intention of doing that! They know what to say to make it seem as if they care about you as a customer. Just look at their responses to the other dissatisfied customer reviews left on this site. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Their only concern is keeping your money.

I purchased an oxygen concentrator DDT-1A. Within the first 3 hours it stopped working properly. As per warranty request I forwarded a video within 4 hours of opening the box the new machine was in. There was a response but it was For me to take the brand new machine (with a warning label on it to not disassemble except by a professional mechanic) apart. They offered to send me the part. I explained I needed a new machine ASAP as my daughter uses the concentrator daily. After 7 corresponding emails it ended with the same request offer to send me a part so i can fix the machine myself. This is unacceptable and now I have to "fight" to get a full refund as i requested a refund prior but was only offered a part. I am very dissatisfied.

I bought an oxygen concentrator from ehealthy. The unit arrived in excellent shape, was easy to set up and works well. Ehealthy has been great to work with (so far). I already have an "industry leader" upstairs so, I am familiar with the set up and operation of this type of unit. The Dedakj concentrator has several features that the other one does not and costs about a third as much. Time will tell if this unit will provide similar service.
I am rating Elehealthy very high based on my experience with their sterilizer unit. Initially the unit did not operate, but they stuck with me with timely response to my problems and offering solutions. Finally they sent me a new unit when I could not get the unit to operate. The new unit works fine. The customer response, and support, was superior, and in my view, deserves the above 5 star rating. RPS
There was an issue with shipping. However they worked with me, and issued a refund. They were excellent about answering emails and addressing my concerns. I would not have a problem recommending them.
