I believe they get 5 stars training on how to scam customers! They start you with a nice agent who seems professional and friendly and once you are convinced, they keep on convincing you to put more and more money and never let you withdraw your profits. Agents change all the time and are quite rude, unprofessional and pushy. My total investment was about 57000USD which went down the drain. At some point I had profits of over 100k and even 200k but they never let me make a withdrawal. They made me sign a form stating that I'd never make an official complaint! What trusted company does that! It was my mistake to keep on believing the promises of over 5 agents (they keep on changing your account manager). I trusted them and only wish that I had made my homework first to check them out. Some months ago, I came across,Vanguard all iance&group and i wrote a complaint to them. Their team handled my case professionally till i recouped my total funds. They almost destroyed me financially and emotionally. It makes me wonder how i would have went through one of the hardest times of my life. Please DON'T sign up with them!

My mom got a call from someone claiming to be from EMAR MARKETS. They said someone had tried to withdraw money using an ID with her name on it and even sent her photos of the supposed person. They told her she couldn’t hang up while they handled it. They convinced her to buy cashier’s checks made out to other people at one branch, then go to another branch of the same bank and deposit them. They wanted her to use the ATM, but she didn’t know how, so she went to a teller instead. It was $9,000 total. I found out hours later and had her call the real fraud department using the number on her card. They confirmed it was a scam, locked her account, and told her to go to the branch where she bought the checks first thing in the morning. She doesn’t have the receipts, but they said the branch can pull up the records. I’m in another city, and she’s panicked and crying. I’m terrified she’s going to lose all that money. I have been talking to lotu svel and they have been working really fast to get to the bottom of this. Has anyone been through something like this? Were you able to get any of it back?

my withdrawal applications were always delayed for half a month by "data review" and the UK customer support recommended that I open a "priority channel" saying "pay $50k USD deposit and the channel will be open". I believed them and paid the fee which was supposed to be my mortgage. after a few days, the channel was still not open and my application was still stuck on data review and after contacting customer service for the second time, they said my deposit had not been synced and that I should wait for 3 days. after 3 days, I realized they had blocked me and I had merely become a victim. a lot of credit goes to lotusVEL as I did not waste time in taking legal processes and they proved to be the best.

Title: 11 days delay - They refuse to pay my valid profit!Review:I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 11 days (Since August 20). I fully completed all the bonus terms, including the 3-minute trade duration and the required lot size. My Account ID is [81701]. The support team keeps making excuses, telling me that opening tickets will delay my withdrawal, which is clear manipulation. If my profit is not transferred immediately, I will escalate this to all trading communities and forums. No Deposit Bonus Withdrawal Transaction Number(1378782). History...20 Similarly, the company's mechanism allowed me to withdraw the bonus without depositing credit and deposited $50 into my trading account, meaning the automated system approved it. I hope the company will respond as soon as possible so we can discuss the problem, as they are not replying to any messages.

To traders worldwide: do not use the Emarmarket broker. You will never get your withdrawals paid out because this is a broke broker with no capital and slow response times; traders will suffer significant losses if they use Emarmarket. Here is my experience: I deeply regret participating in Emarmarket's no-deposit bonus (NDB) offer. I completed over 35 lots, and all my trades lasted longer than the required 5 minutes (exceeding the 3-minute minimum). I finished the account requirements in 4 days, well within the 5-day limit. However, when I tried to withdraw my profits, the request was rejected—allegedly for violating terms and conditions—without any explanation or avenue to file a complaint. This hasn't happened just to me; many of my colleagues have experienced the exact same thing.

My account was recently suspended after a profitable trade on XAUUSD after profiting of approximately USD 56,000. Following this, the broker claimed that my trading behavior constituted an “abnormal pattern” and classified it as a breach of their trading terms. Despite requesting a detailed explanation and evidence supporting this decision, I have not received a clear justification showing how my trades violated any specific clause of the Client Agreement. All trades were executed manually, based on my own market analysis, without the use of any automated tools or technical manipulation. The broker has stated that all profits will be voided and that my deposited funds will not be refunded, which I believe is an extremely serious action. I am currently seeking a transparent review and fair resolution of this matter with LotusVEl and we have made reasonable progress. I am sharing this experience to document the situation and to encourage other traders to be caution when dealing with this broker.
