10/10 on communication <3
I appreciate the team’s quick responses to any of the questions I have had on my order. Even on the weekends they were quick the respond to me. I felt that I was kept up to date on my order if anything happened and I would definitely continue to buy from them just based on the experience I had with Jezza.

Incredibly helpful
Incredibly helpful! Was offered multiple solutions to my issue and when I proposed a different solution they were able to make that work. So happy with the service, thank you so much!
Jezza is awesome
Jezza from customer support has been very wonderful and helpful in resolving a few questions and problems I've had since becoming your customer. My experience would not be nearly so positive as it has been without her. Thank you Jezza! I love your unique, special designs, and have enjoyed most of the pieces I've purchased, so far. Looking forward to seeing how they hold up and also collecting more!
Wonderful customer experience and great products !
I had an issue with firstly receiving a damaged item, and then the replacement size not coming back in stock. Jezza first gave me a credit and assisted me immediately. When I needed further accommodations with the credit, she went above and beyond for me. On top of this did I mention how beautiful their designs are? They're also comfy and sensory friendly. Highly recommend Empress Mimi!!!
Jezza is awesome
Jezza has been awesome keeping track of my order and giving me updates. She's also been wonderful at giving me options when things didn't work out. I am so thankful for everything she's done for me.
Poor inventory tracking
Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

Timely address change when ordering
Timely address change when ordering. Jezza was quick to help and re-address my order when I placed an order that had autofilled my former address. She was able to make the timely change and was very communicative about the process, while also giving me realistic answers as it might have been too late to make the change, but she made it happen! Thanks Jezza
