Battery of hoverboard defect (out warranty period), no response what so ever on numerous requests for spare parts. This company only sells but offers 0% service. Steer clear from "Evercross" and buy a brand that support their customers along the lifecycle of their product and not just take their money. What a waste of time and money.
Bought an ev06c for my child for Xmas 2023, he rode it once & now its stopped working after literally less than an hr! Iv recharged it so its got a fully charged battery but it still won't turn on! There seems to be no power to the display unit. Contacted customer services who got back to me within a day & suggested that they'd send me a new display unit for me to fit.. that turned up in about 4 or 5 days, so I fitted the new display which took about a minute & it did fix the problem.. i give 3 stars simply because the fault happened on Xmas day (day of 1st use) so had a very bad experience & a very unhappy child.. hopefully there will be no more issues as my child loves this scooter but also the battery life isn't very good.. customer service was good tho so they deserved an edit on my review 👍🏻

stay away from this crowd.. I contacted them for a thumb throttle for a pro 10 with turn signals they sent me the link to buy it .so I did week later I got and it was the wrong one.. contacted them every day for 2 weeks no responce.. had to go to PayPal to get my money back through a claim.. shower of cowboys.. who just take your money.. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
Really like the h5 scooter. I use it to make quick trips to the store and back. the scooter can get you to point a to point b in just a few minutes. Really do recommend buying a scooter from them it is worth it
Ordered a throttle for my scooter that the site claimed was in stock & for the shipping time to be 3-4 days. It’s been over 30 . Yep a month! & still no part. Upon first contact with support I was told it had been shipped and lost in the mail . Then contacted back after again & was told that the part was on back order , that they would have it in around 15 days .. that was 24 days ago & have nothing. Unfortunately it seems this is the only place I can find replacement parts (had scooter for less than a year btw)

The scooters are cheaply made and don't work like there supposed to my current scooter dies very quickly when I'm on gear 3 and only seems to go 24 miles an hour when it said 30 it dies in like 5 minutes and I don't think it should do that from fully charged
Scooter is very nice. I weigh 220lbs and it has a hard time starting off or going through grass. My 4y.o electric stride bike smokes mine from the start.takes a long time to get up to speed. Emailed customer service about returning it and they didn't answer me for over a week. When they did answer they brushed it off and gave me no info about returning it. I ended up just keeping it and dealing with it.
I purchased an evercross evo8 s model I had it 4 days. The back wheel locked up ,the accelerator will not work and the back taillight just keeps blinking. The phone number to customer service is no longer in service ,and I have left a few messages with videos of the defective scooter. I have heard nothing. Very upsetting
Anything you do, dont buy any evercross vehicles, i bought evercross h5 electric scooter, bad product, broke down instantly, difficult they won't replace it😓
