Many thanks for your lovely review Jane. It was our pleasure to assist with your holiday planning, and we're delighted to hear your positive feedback. Warm regards, Mary, Aoife and the Exceptional Villas team
Thank you very much for your great feedback. We’re delighted to hear that your experience has been so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate your kind words and hope you have a fantastic trip. Warm regards, Marianne, Yvonne and the Exceptional Villas Team.
Thank you very much for your great review Dianna. We're so pleased to hear that you had a wonderful time in Italy. Warm regards, Elaine, Paul and all the team at Exceptional Villas.

Thank you for your great review, Amanda. It was our pleasure to assist with your trip to Greece, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! Warm regards, Elaine, Alannah and the Exceptional Villas team

Hi Joshua, Many thanks for your lovely review. It was our pleasure to assist with your trip to Turks & Caicos, and we hope you have a wonderful time! Warm regards, Marianne, Gwladys & The Exceptional Villas Team.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review and valuable feedback Debra. It was our pleasure to assist with the planning for your special celebratory trip to Barbados, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Warm regards, Aoife, Marianne and the Exceptional Villas team

Thank you so much for your lovely review Jennifer. We're delighted to hear that you have had a great experience so far! Warm regards, Noreen, Alannah and all the team at Exceptional Villas.
Many thanks for your great review Lindsay. It was our pleasure to assist with your holiday planning, and we wish you a wonderful time in BVI. Warm regards, Elaine, Alannah and the Exceptional Villas team
Dear Becca, We are truly disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction with your stay at Little Bay View House. We sincerely regret that the villa did not meet your expectations and that you had a less than enjoyable experience. Regarding the refund, we worked tirelessly with the property owner to secure a refund for you. While we were unable to obtain a full refund, we did manage to secure a partial refund in recognition of the issues you faced. This was communicated to you in previous emails, and we hope you understand the efforts we put in to resolve the matter. To confirm, the partial refund you received was not taken back from you. This was issued to you on 18 April 2025 and it is not possible for us to take this back. We have had many guests stay at this villa and, like others, they have expressed how much they loved it. After reading your review, Gwladys personally visited the villa to investigate the concerns raised. We can confidently assure you that the villa was not dirty, and it is not misrepresented in any way on our site. Regarding the beach access, we acknowledge that the villa does not have private beach access, as initially stated in our listing, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. However, all other information provided on our website is accurate. During the booking process, Gwladys recommended several villas to you, and you specifically chose this one, indicating your preference and excitement to book it. We are sorry to hear that the bathroom door issue caused you concern. As explained, it is a sliding door, which requires a different method of use than a typical push door. We understand there was a separate issue with the front door, which was in the process of being addressed before you left the villa. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the situation until after your departure, and therefore, we were unable to assist in resolving the issue for you. We value your feedback, and we take all guest concerns seriously. Your experience was not what we strive to provide, and we will continue to improve our services to ensure all our guests have exceptional stays. Warm regards, Sean
Thank you very much for your positive feedback Carola. We're so pleased to hear that you had a great time in Mexico. Warm regards, Mary, Paul and all the team at Exceptional Villas.
Thank you so much for your great review Angela. It was our pleasure to assist with your vacation to the Cayman Islands, and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Warm regards, Mary, Thais and the Exceptional Villas team
