Could not be happier with the wall lamps. I ordered two for either side of our bed and they look genuinely excellent. Look premium and I will be ordering again. I also found them very responsive. I emailed asking about shipping tracking and they got back to me quickly. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
The delivery was quick, but unfortunately the item was damaged during transit. Customer support was very responsive and helpful, and quickly offered to send a replacement. The lamp looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

We had an issue which was caused by the third party courier service. Faredecor promptly rectified the issue and sent out a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service.

The delivery was a bit slow, but the customer service was excellent and reassuring. Unfortunately the lamp we ordered was damaged (possibly due to the transport) and we had a replacement. Anya has been outstanding in her reply to my queries.

EXCELLENT, GREAT SERIVCE, GOOD TO KNOW
I had a terrible experience with this company. We received our lighting package without any instructions. Despite this, we managed to hook it up correctly, but it didn’t work. Customer service asked for photos of the setup and the product, which I provided promptly. However, even after fulfilling all their requests, they refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, they continued to send emails repeating the same questions, acting as if the previous messages and evidence hadn’t been sent. It felt like they were deliberately stalling or avoiding responsibility. This has been frustrating and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products or support. Also I now know they used a fake link to use to pay through PayPal. Fraud!
