Fashion chingu was pretty great to buy from, the quality of the materials i received were great, and it didnt take much time and they updated me throughout the entire shipping segment which was nice. and ngl the whole x amount of ppl watching this did seem weird butttttt i think thats just to keep up their image since everything went so well.

I’ve ordered from Fashion Chingu twice now. On my second order, there was a quality issue with one of the items due to a change in their suppliers. Upon reaching out, the customer service representative was able to work with me and offer me a full store credit refund. The items I’ve received have all been fair quality and as pictured on the website. Just make sure you check the size chart for each individual item, as returns are the customer’s responsibility.

My winter coat review
The shipment was fast and I was informed well. I waited with the review for the weather to come and at least be able to try it out. The coat I bought is not the best quality but I am content with what I got, because it's what I expected. And it's really not a big issue, an unsewn thread and some issue with the fluff of the coat is really not a big deal, it's warm and the size was the exact as the written.

Beware of return policy!
Returns have to be sent back to the China warehouse, so depending on what you're returning, the shipping fee may be higher than the item value. It's also a ton of hassle because the shipping label is not provided and you have to figure out your own carrier. I would say that it would be basically impossible to return items for most people.

Honestly the best store to buy from, honest and super friendly, great communication if an item was unavailable. I think an reward system would be great for people as well I will say that I'm a bit lost as store credits don't appear in check out. Hoping this does get resolved
