Hi Chang Hee Kang, We are already investigating the issue. It seems that shipments to Hong Kong are struggling currently a little bit due to post service issues. Unfortunately we can not refund you easily at this stage. We're still in communication with the postal service if there is any chance that we got your already sent out package delivered anytime soon. Please be ensured that you will receive a refund, when the package has not arrived and an appropriate time has passed - normally this is after two months of no tracking updates, therefore please don't worry. Hi Shomasree Dey, Thank you for the review. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. There was an error on the invoice we made on the package, which is why the first package we sent was not forwarded by the Chinese postal authorities. Actually, we were told that the package would be sent back to our warehouse in a timely manner. However, after a few days, when it became clear that despite the information from the authorities, we would probably have to wait longer, we sent the product out again without waiting any longer. About the customs fees you had to pay: it is so that when goods are ordered from a third-party country (in this case sending goods from our warehouse in China to India) customs fees are generally due (with a few countries as exception). It is at the discretion of customs whether the package is simply waved through customs or whether customs fees are getting charged. If custom fees apply, yes, we are not able to cover them unfortunately. Hi Faisal, We've checked your case more intensively. You have ordered on the 13th July and has emailed us at the 27th that you would file a dispute if your order doesn't arrive anytime soon. One day later at the 28th July, your necklace got delivered according to your tracking number. Hi Ela, Thank you for your review. Upon checking your tracking details, your local carrier Hermes left the parcel at the designated storage location on 17th July. After we have replied to your email that you send to our customer service you didn't replied anymore, therefore we have marked the support ticket as solved after a couple of days, thinking that you would have received it already.
