Jin whale sweater is as pictured and better quality than expected- very soft, warm and feels like some wool in the mix (no tag showing material). Note: Unless you are petite and size 4 US or below, this sweater will *not* be loose-fitting like Jin’s. I’m usually a woman’s US 8, S/M in tops, 5’6”. Ordered the largest size, and it fits like a regular sweater (hits near hips, sleeves hit at wrist).

It is a company based in China. I was shocked when I received my pieces. I bought a Blue Whale Sweater and a Black Zipper Shirt. I was really shocked about the quality. I was raised in China, so I know I can buy a cloth with such a low quality with like 3 dollars in China. But it cost me over 50 dollars. Second, they sent the Black Zipper Shirt with a wrong size (I can't even get my head in). Horrible experience. Update: Now I have contacted them, they told me that I can only exchange the item, and if I need to exchange I have to pay the shipping fee from US to China, and it has to have a tracking number. It probably cost more than the low quality zipper shirt lol. Now the cloth is in my garbage bin.

Would have been 5 stars but it was the sizing that confused us. Cardigan was lovely. Blue and white checked top was lovely. Blouse with puffed sleeves was really gaping round neck. Will adjust myself for my grand daughter. Otherwise she loved everything. Just the delivery time a bit lengthy.

I saw a lot of advertisements for this site on YouTube so I decided to give it a try. In order to understand my review correctly, here are my measurements: male, 1m65, 52kg... As you can see, I'm quite small with a petite frame. I live in Canada and received my package today. It took two weeks, so no problem with the shipping here. But about the items... To be honest, I feel like I've been ripped off? Keep in mind that I purchased my items during Black Friday sales, so they were cheaper than usual, and build up my cart up to 80$CAN to get the free shipping. • Yellow And Blue Stripe Patterned Polo Shirt | Doyoung - NCT: This was around 35$ (on sale), I fell in love with the photos of this one. It looked like a super cute and comfy hoody. The fabric, in the pictures, looked thick and warm so I didn't mind paying this price... What I received was a cheap t-shirt made of some kind of nylon jersey? The fabric is super thin and shiny, seams and finishes (all white, even on the navy blue or yellow fabric) look barely done, the elastics of the sleeves already stripped. I took XL as size and the sleeves are too short if I put my arms up. Overall, it gives me the vibe of a dollar store Halloween costume and is unwearable. • Black Double Strap Harness Belt | Suga - BTS: This one was around 20$ doesn't look too cheap, no leather but wasn't advertised as that either... The problem here? I can barely fit in it. Being as small as I am, I can only tie up the last holes of the belts. • Three-Layer Cross Necklace | Han Seo Jun - True Beauty: Around 15$. This one looks actually nice. It's not super high quality, and again, I can barely tie this up around my neck. • Adjustable Chain Ring | Jungkook - BTS: This one looks like a dollar store surprise gift for kids. The price was around 10$, so it wasn't worth it. In the end, my overall experience doesn't make me want to buy here again. I wouldn't recommend it to someone else either.

Love the shirt and got many compliments on it. howevere, the material was a bit thin and tight. i did order accordingly but still fit a bit tight.
The picture made my top appear to be all fake leather with a zip and pocket. It was made of a super thin material I feel embarrassed wearing even around the house form how thin it is. I paid for express shipping it took over two months, and when I complained I got a too bad attitude. Came in a broken zip up bag that was dirty on the outside. Only giving 2 stars because I promised myself if it ever showed up I would give at least two stars and I’m not ruining my karma for this store. I actually run a kpop channel that hasn’t been infected by fashion chingu yet and was buying this to test if it was worth reaching out for brand endorsement. Don’t risk your channel or your wardrobe, Mia from Everglow I’m sorry they’ve done this to you, your name/band and your image. You’ll make triple the amount of money by using quality materials and not charging for express shipping when you have no intentions of shipping it express. I ordered something else twice the weight, value and rarity from the same country a week after buying this. The second item was here in a week, so you CANNOT blame the postal services in either country. To summarise in dot points: 1. Poor quality fabrics, your bias may be wearing all fake leather but you will be wearing thin/almost invisible cotton buying from here 2. Express shipping must be an inside joke because one top doesn’t take that long to ship 3. Postal services cannot be blamed as I ordered a bigger,pricier,fragile and more valuable item a week later from the exact same town/ postage service and it arrived clean, not broken and fast despite saying it was going to take the time that the top did 4. Customer service doesn’t offer refund even if you return is what I was told when I enquired.

We always use the same courier for shipments to Australia and have had primarily good experiences with them. We are sorry that the package arrived dirty, but I can assure you that we did not send the package that way. Under certain circumstances this can happen when a package is transported over 7000 kilometers. And regarding your express shipping complaint, I am wondering to which express shipping you're referring. We are only offering one shipping option on our website and do not offer express shipping at all. Maybe you're confusing it with our free-shipping policy when the order value is over US$60. We also double checked to see if it was declared incorrectly on our website. There we state our shipping method as "Yun Standard Express" and a shipping time of 7-15 business days. To sum it up, we think it's a bit unfair to portray us as a disease ("infected") since we really try very hard to create a great experience. From the selection of items we sell, to a quick processing and shipping time, to every support inquiry, of which we take every single one very seriously. To be honest, we weren't sure at first if you were confusing us with another store, because we don't offer express shipping, nor did you contact our customer service.
