I payed 2000 kr for 7 albums, including a set which contained 3 albums. Instead of the set, I got a set a single random version. 2 other albums were also missing. We have contacted Fashion Chingu to see if they either ship the 4 missing albums or give the money back

Love this brand ! So thankful there recreating K-pop styles I know and love ! I just wish the sizing was more inclusive ! I’m not Asian, nor am I tiny ! I’m 5’9” and wear a size 12 ..the 2x in these jeans fit me perfect ! I’d like them a little more baggy .. but was just happy I fit into their Asian sizing !! At least with this pair of jeans !!! And their customer service is extremely personable, kind and helpful !! 5 stars !!!
I haven’t ordered yet, I’m about to. It’s a pretty big order of 390 dollars, and I’m scared everything will be fake. I’m ordering albums, a lighstick and sets, but I checked on the actual JYP shop and it was cheaper there. Considering they’re always sold out, I don’t blame Fashion Chingu for selling it for 10 dollars more, but I’m really scared. Seeing these mixed reviews, I’m unsure. Who do I trust?

All of the clothes fit me, and delivery was very fast and prompt, the tracking also made it very easy to hunt my parcel down and collect it on time. Thank you so much fashion chingu (I can't find clothes like this in my country). As the clothes are asian sizes, I do have to buy the largest size in everything so I'm relieved they fit me this time around.

First of all, everything I have bought from this company so far was good quality. The size guides are all on point. Recently when a problem with one of the items I bought came up , their customer service jumped right into it and helped solve everything in no time. I was truly impressed with their way of handling everything.
I have used Fashion Chingu a few times by now, and im very pleased by their products. Its good quality, you just have to be aware of the sizes if your buying from Europe.
The shipment time was very short, the owners are very nice and the clothing look like it does in the pictures. The only thing that is a Bit confusing are the sizes. The L fit more like an M but thats all. Over all i would definetly order from here again.
