Great service, shipping fast as possible, recommended store!

One time I ordered a Wii-Remote that did not work. I asked customer service if they could do something for me. They first offered me to check if I could get it fixed and they would compensate me for the costs. When I told them it was not an option, they just send me a new one for free!. Shipping takes a while, but this is because of the distance products have to travel, customs etc. Great store, I have recommended MANY of my friends to make an account and buy from Focalprice.com!

I just got my new Cell phone and he is even better than i thought . When i saw it for very low price (i got even a fantastic 25% disscount ) i thought that's a joke and was really thinking not to buy it . But a friend of mine who use to buy a lot of thing from focalprice told me that all the thing he bought have amazing quallity and there is no joke . So i bought a Cell Phone , Earphones and Playstation 3 gamepad and all of them of very low price , but with high quallity . About the delivery speed can't say anything bad . My packet just came very fast and in great conditions . I give 5 stars to focalprice and the next time when i need some electronic product i will be a 100% sure form where to buy it .

Good and cheap quality products

Good service

Wide range of items at focalprice. Was looking for some apple accessories along with other household items and toys, selection is great. Ordered a bunch of electronic accessories, order came complete but with some packaging issues. Customer service dealt with the issue quickly and was very responsive, they took care of the problem right away. Some items reshipped, other's refunded. Shipping was within the given shipping estimate and very impressed with the customer service. Prices are low and lots of good deals. Great experience! Have since made several other orders, definitely will be repeat customer here. Probably the best online retailer from china i have experienced so far. Reliable and Quick. Product Reviews are helpful as well.

The best Chinese site there is

I've always been buying items from Chinese sites and had bad experiences, well most of us do. However after finding Focalprice.com I've not been disappointed. The speed of flat rate shipping free shipping that usually take 4 to 6 weeks or even more at times from other sites become 2 weeks because focalprice.com choose the right carrier for specific countries like mine, which is way in the Caribbean. I've never been so excited! their customer care is wonderful, they deal with every thing in such a professional manner. Folcalprice.com site makes things much simpler to find what you want with their layout categories that no other sites has. I'm planning to make this site my only shopping site, did I mention they offer every thing? Yes! I bought a 3G cellphone a month ago and the quality was their. Unlike other sites that advertised wrong technical specifications for items. To sum it all up, for a great on-line shopping experience, Folcalprice.com is the site to shop, you wont be disappointed. I've been a lot before, so take it from a guy who shops only on-line for every thing except food. I have made approximately twenty purchases fro focalprice and am happy to say that every one of them went as perfect as could be. I love opening their email promotions to see what's new from their wide source of vendors.

POOR SERVICE

Placed an order back in November 2013 and never received it. They refused to refund my money stating that I did receive the item to call my post office. Don't waste your time and money.

I am very pleased with the service, support, price and quality of products from Focalprice.com

Given that Focalprice.com is intermediary between the factory and the customer, it works very very well. Of course that there is always the possibility of getting better and better service. We in Europe and probably in the rest of the world look on China as a cheap country. Almost all famous brands are made in China. We are already in beginning expect that for a little money we get something excellent, and this does not exist in a country where we also live. Of course that in China the same product cheaper than in other places because of the cheaper labor force, and perhaps VAT. I bought a pair of mobile phones (cheap cell phones). For some there was a problem, on others did not. Problems have been fix to the mutual satisfaction. To my messages I received an answer within a one day. Because of the time difference, to me it was great. I'm living in Croatia, on Croatian web sites, for some products I do not get answers within a week. My experiences were excellent with the Focalprice, so I would recommend everyone to buy products here. I will definitely buy again here. Quality products cost and in China. P.S. We are all people and should be at least a little humanity among us.

Awful customer service. Poor quality products. Pay a few bucks more, and go order somewhere else!

this company has the worst customer service ever. They made a mistake in my order (wrong item shipped, which happens. No big deal): it has been three months and 26 messages exchanged. They still haven't sent my item!!! They just drive you crazy, asking you the same questions over and over and replying as if they don't read what you write. Pay a few bucks more, and go order somewhere else!

Bought two MJX helicopters and was they were in stock and also both had 40% discount! also free worldwide shipping. good deal paid righ away and after two days my account had all shipped plus two tracingnumbers.....!! after two weeks the money was paid back??? with the info items were sent back because shipping was more than expected and therefore orders ware canceled?????? also the items were out of stock!! Again after 4 days the items were back in stock on website and price was 100% twice the amount i paid for them..............FOCALPRICE REALLY IS A SCAM WEBSITE

Bad Customer service, they'll take your money and not deliver. Avoid Poor Service, no service. web site is bad. they blame everybody else. 'Is not my problem, the shipper is bad, the mail is bad, the manufacter is bad, the holiday is now, is the WORLD problem, 'IS NOT focalprice probelm. Hanz

Scam, warning !

They sell stuff at very low price but don't deliver. They then keep the money without refund. If you try to open a paypal litigation, they ask you to close it to receive your item (which you'll never receive of course).
