At least 50% of the items I purchased there were defective. Company never responds to questions and I end up throwing the junk out. The nearest thing I can figure out is that this is a clearing house for defective equipment or items that do not pass quality control inspections. It's easier to sell on a fraudulent site and not give refunds than it is to throw the merchandise out. They let the customers throw it out instead
My sister urgently needed to buy Electric Hair Straightening Brush and we when surfing Internet, found this excellent store. Accessible prices and great customer support will always help you if you have questions.
As women, their new women's fashion shoe bag products, I like it very much. Not just my customers, I also bought a fashion bag. Currently waiting for arrival. I am very much looking forward to this product. I believe it will not disappoint me.
It's cheap, so don't expect high quality. But it works. And having to wait for weeks to get the items was just as could be expected. Only thing not as expected: I needed a micro(female) to mini(male) USB converter. I found what was called a micro(female) to micro(male) adapter (cannot remember the exact wording), but that does not make sense and the image displayed micro to mini as I needed. I got a micro to micro. Who needs that?!? It's a 3 cm extention plug. I pointed it out in a review of the item on their page. The review was rejected, and the misleading image is still there. So now I had to write it here instead. All in all: Buying here is a gamble. If I can wait a month for an item that costs 1-2 $ I would take the chance and buy here again. For anything over 10 $ I would look elsewhere. PS: My goodness a lot of fake reviews for this company :-o
Sold and delivered a counterfeit ICOM talkie talkie. ICOM confirmed the fraud. Beware. Not FCC type accepted. Paypal was of no assistance in the matter. U.S. Customs Enforcement has been alerted. Buy local. All that glitters is not gold.
The product is wonderful, customer service is patient to tell me some details about the process of buying. The shipment is also fast, five stars!!!
I bought many things from Focalprice. They Always have many Good Items at the lowest price.Good Service.
I bought a phone ,but the customer service told me that it was a mistake on the price, and i feel disappointed about that, unexpectedly, they processed the refund quickly, and the attitude of customer service is very good.It made me feel delighted and i will buy something on Focalprice next time.
When I saw the low price of the phone, I thought Santa was passing by and gave me the Gift. However, they told me it was an error lately , so disappointed. Santa didn't come. But luckily, they refunded quickly and gave me a 10% coupon. I didn't suffer any loss and get a 10% coupon. Maybe Santa came to me in a different way.
Amazing website and i love this company
I'm not happy about this phone incident.actually in my experience,I can say that this store is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of quality-price. They apologized then gave me refund. lucky,There is no loss in this case. The team is still very honest.
They made a miatake. It doesn't matter. Though we have time differences. But they returned my money quickly. And gave me a big discount coupon. I bought an iPhone 6s Case with the discount coupon. That's great.LOL
At first,I'm so worried about my money would not return my account, but they returned in time along with a note of apology. That's enough.
Company that violates the laws of consumer protection, making the purchase 100% arbitrarily decide to deny the product without any legality in their acts.
Lamentable. Very bad. Horrible. Bluffing customers!
