I've made 5 orders at FocalPrice and I'm pleased with the overall result. Good items at a good price. During China elections last year, shipping was delayed, and for one order FP provided 2 tracking numbers, saying that the second one replaced the first, but when I finally got the package, it was labeled and tracked with the first, not really a problem since I received it anyway. Prices are ok, but they could be a little lower. I haven't had any problem with FP yet, so far I'm pleased. But, I think one can really know an online seller once you have a problem with an order, and not before. What would happen if one of my orders get stolen, or an item arrives broken? I hope FP takes responsibility.
Before I bought in other similar web sites, but when I check.buy at focalprice I've been with them so far I have had no problems and only I am buying in Focalprice hace the best prices, transit times to Spain (free delivery) should be improved.
Need to accelerate the departure. Between payment and shipping sometimes takes more than a week.
Excellent service and fast delivery and the reason i didnt give 5* is because they havent quite fixed the issue of out of stock items showing on their website. If something is out of stock your purchase journey gets holted right at the end and even then as a consumer with not much know how would find it hard to determine whats the cause. Otherwise if you do purchase an item in stock its a smooth process with quick delivery!
