Hey Rachel, we are happy to hear that you like the vitamins. Unfortunately it sounds like we have let you down with the dispenser. The dispenser does come with a one year warranty so that if we are unable to get yours working properly we will replace it. With the Tespo Connect an update usually takes care of whatever issues you are having. We will continue to work to make your experience better.
