UPDATE!!!
The Company has changed!! I used their vitamins until September 2023. They charged the formula on the B Complex & the Women’s (& Men’s) Complete. I can no longer use their products because of these changes & they’re not putting warning labels on their vitamins or website the last time I checked. They are now adding lutein & zeaxanthin to their vitamins. Lutein & zeaxanthin are related to tumeric & curcumin. They are all contraindicated for individuals on blood thinners & those with kidney disease. As a result of the addition of lutein & zeaxanthin to their vitamins, I had 2 “attacks” of kidney stones & 2 medical procedures.
AND!! The kicker is: they no longer have a Customer Service “department”. No one answers the phone, voicemail is full & you receive an automated response to emails with no follow up. NOT GOOD!!
Ordered $100 in vitamins from Smile Bariatric, a division of Tespo and also ordered replacement drinking cups from Tespo. Never received tracking information or my purchases. They do not respond to emails. If you call Smile Bariatric, the phone rings busy day and night. If you call Tespo, you are routed to a voice mailbox that is full. I think they are out of business but still taking people’s money.
The worst customer service ever!! I have been charged, but not received my vitamins for two months! I cannot get any answers from any source. Fed up with them. I have been a client for 7 or 8 years .
It has been a month since I paid for my vitamins. everything is is down on the website and I assume that I will not ever get a refund. Don't fall into the trap. You would think they would send out a notice.
they went out of business and are no longer dealing with the vitamins or bariatric , I finally after a week of researching names got a hold of someone.
I bought a brand new machine recently and it will not work reliably. I wish to return it. No one answers Tespo's phone and the recording says leave a message. Can't do that because the mailbox is full. Emails to both Support and Info go unanswered...Tespo has become a brick wall selling a useless (and expensive) product. Can anyone at this company help me?
TEPSO is an amazing company. I had bariatric done back in 2018 and have been using them ever since. If I have had any issues not only did they take care of me but they went above and beyond to help me out and added that extra pod in there! As for the results from the vitamins unbelievable, my doctor had to me that my blood work was unbelievable! Keep up the great work! He wish he had my results that are better then his! Thank you TESPO for making my life change for me!
I love my Tespo vitamin dispenser, makes taking my daily vitamins so much easier. I receive exceptional customer service every time from Brittany either thru email communication or thru the Chat option on the website. Highly recommend.
I placed my order on April 10, 2021. I got a personalized pods and a "free" dispenser. After a full month, i had received nothing. The chat option on the website is pretty useless so i emailed. After a few days, i did receive a response and a phone call. I was told that their supplier had run out of the things necessary to make their vitamin pods. I asked why wasn't i told, or at least received the rest of my order. They said they had "just" found out about the supply issue and that they preferred to ship everything together. After a few days i called back, good luck getting through, and asked for a supervisor. She explained the same thing but told me not to worry, she would send out the dispenser as well as my vitamin pods and some extra free pods. I said ok. 2 days ago, a full 6 weeks after my order, i received a water bottle and 2 vitamin pods. No dispenser. I called, couldn't get through. Tried chat. Nope. They're busy. Email? I've sent 3. No response. It is now almost 2 months post order. Their website still lists my order as pending. I filed a claim with my bank and will get my money back that way.
My first machine with Tespo several years ago kept making random loud noises. When I contacted customer service, they told me there was a lifetime warranty. When I asked for a new one later, they told me there was no lifetime warranty. So, I sent them the email that said there was. They basically said, ok we’ll replace it this time, but from now on there is no lifetime warranty. So, they reneged.
Fast forward to now. I got the new machine that connects to wi-fi and a personalized pod. I tried 3 times to contact Tespo about it and they did not reply. The 4th time, I got a reply and a phone call. See, the concentration of the vitamin juice is different almost every time I use it. So, Brittney told me they had some trouble with these personalized pods delivering the correct amount. I don’t know about anyone else, but I never got the memo on this prior to complaining. So, basically, I may have been overdosing on vitamins on some days and was definitely under dosing other says. They refunded my money for the original pod, but refused to refund the auto shipped pod. I offered to send it back, but they still said no. If anyone wants this machine, I’ll happily send it to you. I want nothing to do with this company and their poor quality control and customer service.
Tespo is reasonably priced & customer service is very helpful & resolves or answers any questions immediately. All the products taste delicious & is very easy to use. My name is Cam and I’m 10 years old. I take the Vitamin for kids everyday. It makes me feel really good. I play hockey and I feel stronger and it gives me more energy. At school it helps me stay focused. They should make vitamins for dogs, my dog needs to be more focused.

My sister in-law, told me about Tespo vitamins so I tried their sleep formula. No more counting sheep for me!
I loved the women's complete and bariatric vitamins. My dispenser broke after about 4 months but I decided just to mix myself and keep using. My vitamin levels had gotten better and they tasted pretty good. Just got a new subscription and their formula has changed......to sum it up it tastes like swamp water. The aftertaste is so bad that I gag. I will be canceling.
One week into my Tespo Experience. Love it. Its right in the kitchen a I walk in and out (Not vitamins in a drawer). It mixes perfectly every time. I havent made it all the way though the various mixes, but so far they are all pretty good. Looking forward to seeing how this effects my overall day to day health., Also the design is nice and clean and dosen't clutter up my kitchen.
It’s taking nearly a month for my vitamin pod to arrive and I have just been informed the dispenser has been back ordered. I have been waiting almost a month for the dispenser and was never told at any point it was on back ordered! So now I will have a vitamin pod but no way to take it. Honestly, I don’t care how good the product is because when service is this terrible it’s not worth it. Horrible communication and I have only been updated on my order because I reached out several times. I would not recommend and will be canceling my subscription.
