Reasonable Delivery for an Excellent Device

The delivery was a reasonable time, the tablet came well packaged and is exactly as advertised. I would definitely consider buying again for a Chinese electronic device

Very disappointing experience.

I emailed Giztop on the same day I placed my order for the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and specifically asked them not to use UPS, as UPS performs very poorly where I live while DHL, FedEx, and other couriers work fine. Customer support replied and told me that shipments to Europe are normally sent with FedEx. Despite this, my order was still shipped with UPS, completely ignoring my request. To make matters worse, one week after placing the order, UPS still had not even received the package. The advertised shipping times are clearly misleading. Customer support responds to emails, but it feels like they do not actually read or act on customer requests. This was my first order with Giztop, and I regret choosing them. In hindsight, I should have ordered from Amazon. It may have cost around €100 more, but I would likely have had no issues and already received my package by now.

GIZTOP is very realiable . 5 star experience!!

I bought a Realme Neo 8 in February 2026,it was delivered in Italy in 2 weeks.I received the phone unlocked with no issue. I've been using the Realme in Italy (Europe)for 6 month and everything works great! (Google store, 5G...) GIZTOP is a great company! I'll Buy more ASAP.

I wanted to purchase a rare, foreign smartwatch. Giztop reached out to me to verify my phone to determine compatibility. It was determined that my phone would not be compatible with the watch. They offered to refund my purchase. Despite my purchase was unable to be made, I appreciate their being proactive. I think it shows they are a trustworthy business.

The phone arrived as expected

The phone arrived as expected, the problem with customs is real and HIGHLY depending on the country you buy and the method. In my case I bought it from Romania and had to declare the phone lower in order to avoid taxes (2% instead of 20%). You should know what you buy, Chinese phones are tricky, there is a lot of telemetry but the hardware is top notch, I bought an Oppo X9s Pro (CN only variant) and I'm very happy with it. If you want a phone that is half price of the local version this is the way. Responding to emails was very fast. IMO it's better if you buy the global version if you find it cheaper than in your country to avoid any issues. 100% will buy again (for a family member)

Ordered Pricey Wall Charger, Received Cheaper Mobile Charger

I ordered an 80watt wall charger from Giztop and after it finally arrived it turns out they shipped me a car charger instead of the 80watt wall charger I paid for. The product they sent is a mobile charger. I should mention that right now the wall charger I paid Giztop for is difficult to find in stock. The mobile charger they shipped me is not, and is not compatible with my car so I cannot use it.

Good service. Honest company. Bought a case and they were sold out. Offered a good substitute that was cheaper and they refunded the difference.
