Questionable Practices

This company chooses to operate without any visilbility or integrity. When a purchase is made they provide no order confirmation, receipt or tracking info, unless requested by email. Phone arrived without incident, but a charger that was bought in the same purchase was sent separately, with no shipping number provided until I emailed them requesting this info. Phone was advertised to include a 27W charger, which they confirmed on reviews on the sale page. This was also confirmed via email when the phone arrived without it, and I was assured it would surely be in my next package, so just wait patiently and stop asking for clarification on simple issues. The charger was not supplied, and when I raised this issue, I was told that they had checked and no sorry, it doesn't come with the phone. Unfortunately they had already advertised it as such and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or offer any solution, simply "hoping that I would understand". All I understand is that I now have to source a $69 adapter in Australia now - awesome! Totally poor and dishonest business practices. Phone is fine however, hence the remaining stars. Will definitely not be wasting my time with this company again as its a total mixed bag.

Great product and service

Ordered an AGM X3 mobile phone and received it as ordered. Shipping was 14 days from order, Beijing to North Queensland, Australia. Tracking was updated frequently. Very happy with product and service. Queries by email we're promptly answered. My thanks to Jessica and the Giztop Team.

I've ordered two phones from this site…

I've ordered two phones from this site and after the given time it was never delivered so I reached out to them... They took a while to reply but when they did they told me apparently the phone I wanted was out of stock in tho color I picked that I should go change it but I used PayPal n had already ordered it the site said order received but apparently it wasn't... I hope they get better with time they sell these phones at a reasonable price n so on... I was told that they're gonna get me the phones delivered through dhl express shipping today and that I will get a tracking number for it... But guess what I haven't gotten any tracking info or number from them I left a few more mssgs and still no reply as yet... These guys aren't that trust worthy to go spending money behind... I'd advice others not to go through what I and some others did or is going through currently... If tho I do not get a reply later of this day I will cause a dispute on PayPal and try to get them to refund my money...I've been waiting too long and I don't currently even have a phone and its been more than 15 days as said it would arrive... Giztop needs to really get their act together so they can have better reviews and hopefully better service so that others would order more from them hopefully maybe...

Extra wait, good communication, 30 days

Ordered a Doogee S40 on May 05/2019 with 5-7 days shipping. Soon after, "Jessica" told me was unavailable and could I wait til May 20 for shipment I said was ok. After another couple delays, I found this website and decided they weren't some some few week scam. Got my phone yesterday, brand new in box. I realized after purchase I'd bought something newly released, value priced with high demand. Even though I ended up waiting a month anyways (free shipping on most platforms), I decided early on not to get all first world problems waiting for my cheap, quality goods from China. I've lived there, seen the dorm accommodations some migrant workers have to live in. I don't make allot of mone but my life is easy compared to the people that manufactured my phone and probably the staff at Giztop. 3 stars. They responded to all my inquiries quickly, which was reassuring.

Good Service

I ordered Redmi Airdots, I had to follow up as the order wasn't on their website although they promptly replied when I emailed their help desk. The package came on time but the box was slightly damaged. Extremely happy with the product and will order again.

Xiaomi M 9 SE, Global Version

I wanted to buy the Xiaomi M9, Global version with 128GB of RAM. I was confirmed by email that this smartphone is in stock. After my order I received a few days later the message that the device was not available. On the recommendation of Giztop I ordered the 64 GB RAM version. Now I've been waiting for a long time for confirmation that the phone has been sent. In addition, you can only pay by Pay Pal, credit card or other payment methods are not possible. I will never order anything from this company again.

They're alright if you have a lot of time to wait

Redacted 1/5 Slow but you will probably get it in the end, orders get split, phone and accessories. Phone will be quick but everything else probably >1 month

I got authentic Huawei products :-) it just took a little longer

OK sure they don't have the smoothness of a North American online seller, but all in all I was very happy with the process... I was a little worried I would get fake products, but I received brand-new, closed box, authentic Huawei products! I ordered the wireless Huawei charger for the Mate 20 Pro, and the normal fast charger (with cord). The weird thing was that the website offered a black version, while this is not available on the Huawei website... But I liked the black so I ordered it. Jessica emailed me saying that the black one was out of stock, and if it was OK to send me the white one. I confirmed that that was OK. A few days later I received an email that my order was shipped with DHL, giving me the DHL ariwaybill number. When I checked DHL, the number was not in their database... So again I thought it was a fraud, but 2 days later my package was in the DHL system ! It went from Hong Kong to USA to Canada without a problem. I did have to pay duty, but that's just a normal DHL/Canadian thing. I anxiously opened the package, only to discover brand new and authentic Huawei chargers, with the correct plugs for Canadian power outlets.

very bad experiece

very bad experiece I Ordered a new phone, hopefully it will arrive in 5-7 days as said in the site, on Jan 15th. After 10 days of "processing" and some of my emails ,they sent me an email telling me that they will declare the phone 138€ in order to pay less customs taxes, (the real price was 224€) on Jan 25th, the sent the package with dhl Express to Italy. As its arrived in Italy,Rome, the package stayed 3 days at customs for "customs clearance", then dhl contacted me saying that they will charge me of custom taxes (68€). Then 1 days later, when the package was on " with delivery courier" status, the package has been blocked because they don't declared the civic number!! so I have to speak with dhl to add the obligatory information Giztop had omitted! I said that because i paid with paypal and always add "civic number" in shipping address forms.. Totally the first and last order with them!

You will get your device... But WHEN??

i ordered the Honor flypods. Now I received them and have zero issue with them. Its perfect. My issue is all about the customer service. Firstly their website says it will be received i about 10 days. I ordered in november 27th or so and received January 2nd. I picked usps but the tracking number provided was not working there and they give u a website to use to track it rather than the typical means. Yes seems very shady and has you quite uncomfortable and you are left wondering if you are being scammed for a whole month and more. When emailed all they do is ask you to have patience. and the website they provided said my pakage is waiting to leave the warehouse for two weeks until i emailed them asking when will it leave and very next day it all of a sudden has 3 updates on the package that were back dated to about a week before i sent the email. I was so so skeptical i opened a case on paypal to which they simply stop responding to me. They did not even respond on paypal. so much so paypal told me to escalate the issue since they are not responding. Even after i received the device they never responded put i went and closed my issue on paypal. I was honestly wondering if i should escalate it just to give them the distress they gave me for the entire christmas month. and this is for $150. Imagine if I bought a phone or sum over $800.. Literally all they have to do is inform you that it will take 3 weeks or more and they would get 5 stars from about 90% of their customers. I honestly only came on this website cuz on Ebay and everywhere else i was told 3 weeks or more and was impatient and the 10 days hooked me. The price here wasn't even cheaper i just wanted it before Christmas. Please let your customers know the real length of time, this was a distressing horrible experience due to the lies and customer service. great device though and happy with it.

To summarize, if you can wait a month for a little cheaper price, Giztop is an okay option. Otherwise, I suggest Amazon, Newegg, or even eBay for exclusive or rare Chinese unlocked phones. Updated review: Mr Alex reached out to me about my concern with the shipping process and said they were sorry about their communication side, which they promised to improve. As I said I would write an updated review, the best I can give them is 3 stars. I hope they can improve more, but the whole shipping process could have been a little less troublesome if they do clarify the process with the customer better. Previous review: I ordered a Xiaomi Mi MIX 2s phone on November 4th, 2018, and they sent me the order detail right away. It seemed like a good start. However, I already found something shady when an associate names Jessica contacted me that "the workers" were trying to put Google Play Store on the phone (this implies that the phone they were selling is not the International version - bait and switch tactic). After another 6 days waiting and some back and forth email lying they were ready to ship "today" she said they had the new One Plus 6T and mentioned it was better, and asked if I wanted to switch to that phone or not. I thought they were to compensate for the hassle and would offer that phone in exchange and stop lying about the shipping time. I was wrong. She said I just need to send another $160 to make up for the price difference. I pointed out that I would not send more money into a service that was constantly lying about the ship date. Either send me the phone I ordered or a similar price phone. Another 4 days have passed and they sent me the tracking number, but I can still not tracked it (today's date is November 21, 2018). Let's hope the phone will come or else I have to report this to Paypal. I would NOT recommend anyone to go through such hassle to order from Giztop. My solution was to order on Amazon and pay the extra for $20 free shipping (if you have Prime), Amazon would it to your house in 2 days.

Bad experience - Don't

Was first happy to find the shop and the competitive prices. Tried to check out the background and it belongs to gizmochina.com, whom makes reviews and news, which gave it some credibillity. Selling point for me was 100% the advertised and promised "No customs fee" as I didn't wan't any hassle with extra tax and fee from non-EU zone. I even wrote before hand to make sure there would be no problems with shipping to Denmark. I'm so happy I did not order the phone first intended! I ordered a bluetooth speaker and guess what? One month after ordering I get a letter from customs... Despite what Giztop advertised! Giztop then wanted me to pay the customs and credit me later. I didn't like the risc and we decided to deny acceptance, so I would get refund when packet was returned. Well, packet was rejected 13th of January and 26th of February and several emails later I finally got my refund! So much useless stress and time wasted. Reason why I don't give one star is that I at least got my refund.
