Giztop is a shop about products in China and subculture which includes smartphones, electronical gadgets, and everything else that comes under the genre.
Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the remarkably fast international delivery and securely packaged products that consistently arrive in excellent condition from overseas warehouses. Consumers also appreciate the very competitive pricing compared to local retail markets and the helpful, quick assistance provided by the responsive support teams.
However, some people mentioned experiencing frustrating shipping delays while items were stuck in transit or receiving incorrect accessories instead of what they actually ordered. A few reviewers also noted receiving regional device versions featuring unexpected software differences or language settings that did not match their local expectations and usage.
Ordered OnePlus 7T from giztop EU warehouse. At the time it was pre-order to be shipped out 10 days later.
After 12 days there was no updates so I wrote to them asking what's up. They said there is a delay and it will take another extra week. Alright, I can wait.
After 1 week they provided me with tracking number which was not updating for another 1 week. I asked what's up with that, they said I shouldn't worry, it is not updating yet. I knew something was fishy, they were hiding something from me as tracking doesn't work like that.
After a few days giztop gave me a new tracking number and I received the phone 3 days later, once they actually shipped it out, it came really fast.
Honest review, if You can handle a bit of stress and You are patient, You can order from Giztop. The phone is working great.
I have seen reviews from other people that are impatient. If You have this kind of a personality, don't order from Giztop and save Yourself a headache. If You are a calm person and can be just a little bit patient, you will get your order.
UPDATE : looks like phone is arriving in a couple of days, it has been a real stressful time dealing with these guys will see what happens in a couple of days and then give final update cheers

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Usually, we reply email in 24 hours except weekend. It's a little delay because it's Sunday today. Don't worry about it, the customer service team will reply your email very soon on Monday. Thank you.
We, and the universe we live in, produce and operate in a sea of natural and unnatural electrical and magnetic fields. The earth, for example, pulses at about 10 Hz, like a small engine. Our bodies, as you may remember from chapter 1, are really electromagnetic machines. We simply can't move a muscle or produce a thought without an electrical impulse - and wherever there is electricity, a magnetic field is also produced, which is why we link the two together into one word
