Have bought several devices from Giztop and have never been disappointed. My last device i bought i actually got a upgrade because they didn't have the size storage and ram version and i got the version with more ram.
Don't fall for that scam!!!
You buy a phone which is listed at €737, few days later you then proceed to your bank account only to find out that you were charged €755. When you decide to cancel the order and get a refund, then you get refunded on the listed price (not in the price you've actually paid) -4% because of PayPal fees. So all in all, a neat little scam between GizTop and PayPal that leaves you with -8% if you decide to cancel the order or to return it. Never buy from them of you value your money!

I was hesitant to buy import…
I was hesitant to buy import electronics, but the product from Giztop was exactly the specs I wanted with no US release yet. Giztop's name came up in multiple YouTube creator videos as a place to use and they did not disappoint. Giztop was simple and shipping was quick. I had to pay a small tariff import fee through DHL for the customs overage, but I was warned ahead of time. I would buy from Giztop again, no problem.

Fast shipping but bad service. I bought a Oneplus Ace 5 and it broke by normal use, still under warranty and i sent it back. Barely got updates about if my phone was being repaired of if a new one got sent back.
The don't take care about delivering / no address
They don't take care about delivering. If a package is lost, they do as they don't have send it. You will not receive you item. They have no dddress, no chinese business registration. They do not all legal! They don't take care about customer. Be sure Gizto, I like to inform Chinese Financial Goverment in Shenzen to stop you. They are not good for Chinese Traders image. Maybe they don't pay tax correct. Hey Giztop be sure I will claim at Financial Goverment in Shenzen: At the end you will see what you get for deceiving. I'll tell them you cheat with tax.

I bought the new xiaomi 17 pro max from giztop the phone was in-stock i paid extra for the express shipping which would get the phone to me in 10 business days. Its been 7 days so far since i purchased the phone and they still haven't shipped the phone . everytime i contact them they keep saying not to worry it will be shipped, i contacted them again yesterday and said they will pass on the message to get my phone shipped. Now the only think i can think of is they are selling phones that are out of stock !! Why did i pay for express shipping i don't understand at least tell me the truth instead of making me wait and worry about not receiving the product i purchased or send my money back for the express shipping that i paid extra for !!! I will give them tis tho they are quick to reply my messages just not very good at solving problems
