Update: I never received the reply from the customer care team mentioned in their response. However, I am very happy with the computer, and I see that they have made their website a bit clearer, so happy to improve my review... I specifically ordered a machine listed as already shipped and passed through customs, yet it still shipped very slowly from China, and has now been sat for days awaiting customs clearance. Terrible service and would not use them again, no matter whether this PC ever arrives!

Build quality seems ok but the machine is unrealiable. No BIOS updates planned to cope with AMD security issue (Sinkhole). Wifi and Bluetooth appears unreliable and stops working from time to time (Win 11). Approximately 1 out of 5 boots ends up on a froozen Win11 because something goes wrong - opening BIOS, changing a setting and then saving changes fixes the issue but super annoying. The link to firmware upgrades has disappered. To sum it up: The price is low but the quality is too low rendering the machine close to useless - don't waste your time and money.

Recieved shipping confirmation promptly stating that order has been processed. Gmktec show order as shipped and provide tracking number. Tracking number has sat at order processed for 2 weeks with no movement. No response from gmktec on any channel. And shippping agent used is different from what they claim in their shipping faq.

Placed an order on their site and got tracking info (from China) in a relatively timely manner. Unfortunately, after 1 week, there was no movement on that tracking number. Contacted support and after waiting a few days for a reply, they said that it would expedite it and that it should ship out next week. Waited a day after their deadline before asking them to cancel my order. Taking 2+ weeks to ship out an item that you supposedly have in stock is just not acceptable.
