I ordered two shirts. I am very happy with the final product. The designs are fantastic, the fit is perfect for me as advertised, and the price very reasonable. The quality is to a good, but not great, standard. They are thin, and 70% cotton. Perfect for light summer wear, but not as durable as more expensive alternatives. The Customer Service is great. Very fast to respond with solutions. It is important to note, these shirts are shipped from China, not France. I ordered to Spain, and the shirts arrived in 6 days with Express delivery. I have marked 4 star, and not 5, for one main reason. When you select your delivery option (Normal or Express), you are not given an estimated time of arrival. When I found out the product was to be shipped from China, and not France, I worried they would not make it in time. The service would be much better with an approximate time of arrival. All-in-all, I would happily buy from here again.

I got 3 shirts, two of them are very cool, good fabrics, clear design, very freshy. Unfortunately, one of them is pretty gross, both by material and by the design, and it's not that great.

Make a judgement yourself when I tell you I really looked forward receiving the four shirts I ordered with this company that suggests that they are French based, as the prints look awesome on line. Delivery took a while so I started to become doubtful. When opening the package in anticipation the shirts were of bad quality, bad fit and the print was just that: a print on bad quality fabric of some sort. When reaching out to arrange the return proces, I was told I could choose from two options: 1) either receiving another 4 shirts of my choice or return the shirts and receive a 30% refund. Once I said I would not agree to either option, they offered a full refund minus the postal cost. I did not even have to send the shirts back to them. Refund was received within 48 hours by the way So, end result: 4 shirts of bad quality, bad fit and print for €12,- (the postal charges to send the shirts back to China (not France), with a full refund (minus the €12,-), a whole lot of CO2 emission and disappointment because of the broken promise of some nice shirts. Basically Gomenin has sold me 4 bad quality shirts for €12,-. It is shocking to think that this result could be a good profit for some people somewhere. If only the quality, fit and printing would have been better... —————————————- The sequel: After I placed the review, I was contacted with the question if I could take down my review. When I refused, they offered me a full refund. They had already refunded me except for the €12,- postal return cost. The shirts have gone to charity by the way. Bad quality, bad fit, bad printing but hey, some unfortunate soul could be happy with it. When I refused again, they transferred the €12,- into my bank account anyway. They kept contacting me for the next few days asking me to take down the review even though I had been clear that I would not take it down. Then things went quiet and suddenly below reply got posted, speaking lies about me, accusing me of “accepting a €12,- bribe but then changing my mind”. Let’s keep in mind that this page on TrustPilot is about Gomenin. Not about me. I don’t have to prove anything. I am not pretending to be French while actually operating from HongKong. Some people will say that there may be nothing wrong with operating from Hong Kong but why pretend to be French? I just want people not to make the same mistake I made. So see my review as a description of what happened. How you act upon it, is up to yourself. Just to make sure Gomenin does not change their reply again or come up with more accusations I will post a copy below of their latest reply so things can not be taken out of context: “ Reply from Gomenin Updated Aug 1, 2024 Hi S., I'm sorry for the bad shopping experience. 2,5 star. Because reasons stated down here: Edited post: Okay. They in the refund my "Retoure" in the end and asked me not to return the items. :( The items are still packed and I can't wear them.. Asked me to change and edit my review, and for that I should get free T shirt.. The whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. The products themselves are "okay". Quality is as expected from the price, nevertheless, I'm a bit sure I can find same quality products from some Chinese websites.. the sizing is off. Size up if you're not sure. Original post: Borderline scam. Return is impossible. Once I contacted the customer service they offer to sell more shirt with a discounted price (7€) per shirt plus shipping costs instead of taking the return. After I rejected that they offer another solution of letting me keep the item and refund 20 percent of the money I've paid them. Or choose new shirt and I'd have to only the shipping fee. Whatever it is, they are trying so much to reject the Retoure and give you money back. Avoid this site at all costs.
