Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because 0 is not available. Total scam. Ordered in February, never received my item. They kept telling me to wait, they refused a refund and finally not answering emails DO NOT BUY!! SCAM CAPITAL!!
Scam, bought two products 9 months ago. Still waiting. They started by saying transport takes longer to certain countries and customs are taking longer than usual. Now they don't even respond to my emails.
Do not buy from this company they are scammers. I had to leave a star to write a review. The one star is above and beyond how I feel about this company after my online experience, I ordered a product online on the 28.01.2023. It is still as per tracking info it is still in transit from Brisbane QLD 25.02.2023. I have contacted them numerous times and their response is we will expediate delivery. I have asked to be reimbursed the full amount which never receives a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Do not buy from this company!! I didnt want to give any stars but you have to do 1 star to write a review. I Ordered 2 items on December 25 th 2022. It's now March 5, 2023 still no delivery arrival, contacted them via email and no response. No phone number to call. tracking page not updating. Scam Scam scam
Total scam.. Do not buy anything from this place. Crooks!!
The item I received was very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website. When I tried to return the item, I was told that since I received the correct item, there was no returns (dissatisfaction is not a reason for a return). Terrible company to do business with.
Bought a golf mat and paid extra money for faster shipping. After the date passed, I contacted the company asking for a partial refund of the extra amount. The response was vague and I didn't get anything. It has been over a month, the tracking page isn't updating anymore, and I'm still waiting for a response after contacting them again. I feel like I'm not getting my money back. Also note: the "last day discounts" are all fake. After checking in again and again, the prices are the same. Typical scam, upset I fell for it.
