Scam, bought two products 9 months ago. Still waiting. They started by saying transport takes longer to certain countries and customs are taking longer than usual. Now they don't even respond to my emails.

It is still as per tracking info it is still in transit from Brisbane QLD 25.02.2023. I have contacted them numerous times and their response is we will expediate delivery. The item I received was very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website. When I tried to return the item, I was told that since I received the correct item, there was no returns (dissatisfaction is not a reason for a return). Terrible company to do business with.
Bought a golf mat and paid extra money for faster shipping. After the date passed, I contacted the company asking for a partial refund of the extra amount. The response was vague and I didn't get anything. It has been over a month, the tracking page isn't updating anymore, and I'm still waiting for a response after contacting them again. I feel like I'm not getting my money back. Also note: the "last day discounts" are all fake. After checking in again and again, the prices are the same. Typical scam, upset I fell for it.
