We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the service you received. Unfortunately, most of our vendors do not take returns on special order material and in reviewing your order, the material you purchased was a non-stock special order item. Was there something wrong with the product that you were not able to use it after you purchased it? Please reach out to me to discuss in more detail when you have time. My phone # is 732-809-5626 or you can reach me via email @ [email protected]. As our showrooms are currently closed, I am available to try and resolve your issue if possible. Thank you
